Our Love Lies

“Leo, stop it !” I said as he continues to tickle me nonstop. I was laughing real hard while saying that to the point I can't even breathe. Leo stopped but stared at her for a moment. She can feel his own cheeks burning red but even so, she stared back. Anyone who can see them can totally tell how inlove and whipped they are to each other. “I love you.” “All of a sudden? Ofcourse i love you too my baby” Leo giggled and Izari felt how his heart skipped a beat. They continue to share loving stares at each other for God knows how long while they reminisce. Reminisce how they met, how they realized they love each other, all that struggles that they fought together. Izari felt like crying, she can feel all the love just by looking at Leo's eyes. "Forever" She whispered. Leo's bright eyes, that she really adores literally glew up after hearing those words from Izari. They know their love is for eternity. Suddenly, Leo stood up. Seems like he's leaving Izari. He walked as fast as he can to go to the door. Before he went outside, Leo said something that kept ringing and repeating on Izari's head. She's trying hard not to burst out, trying hard not to cry. “Stop this, Izar. You know I don't love you anymore.” “Stop this, Izar. You know I don't love you anymore.” She screamed as loud as she can to stop those words from repeating again and again. “Love” She heard a gentle voice. She opened her eyes and saw Leo's worried face. “What happened, angel? Nightmare?” asked Leo. This time, Izari can't help but cry, she cried and cried until she feels her own eyes hurt. She's scared, what if that isn't a nightmare? what if Leo really left her? She felt a sharp pain in her chest, a really painful punch-like pain. She decided not to think of that deeply because she's still shaking from her thoughts. “It's okay, love. I'm here” Leo caresses Izari's back while hugging him tight to calm her thoughts. He's immensely worried as he heard Izari's loud scream while he was cooking their dinner. Izari fell asleep after they give each other loving kisses and stares a while ago, so he decided to go downstairs and cook. He didn't expect a loud and scared scream from Izari. “You won't leave me, right? Don't leave me” Izari sobbed. Leo can feel his heart sanks he saw the love of his life beg not to leave her. “Never, angel. Why would you think of that? We'll love each other forever, right? We won't leave each other and stay together for a really long time, right? That would never happen, Izari” Izari just hugged Leo while calming herself. Izari woke up alone in their bed. Feeling anxious and all but that thoughts stopped when she smelled something from the kitchen. Someone's cooking, she thinks. She went downstairs and saw Leo cooking pancakes for their breakfast. Izari hugged Leo from the back, and Leo realized that she's now awake. “You okay, love?” “Yes” “I didn't wake you up last night since I thought you needed a rest, I stayed by your side, love. Now eat because you didn't last night.” “Yes, love. Thank you.” Leo smiled and gave Izari a feather-like kiss on her forehead. “Love” Leo started the conversation. “Mhm?” “It's our 4th year anniversary tomorrow, let's go on a trip?” Izari smiled fondly, I'm really lucky she thought. “Yeah, I love that idea” “Where?” she added. “It's a secret, my love” Leo smiled from ear to ear.
