I woke up in my room back at the house the guys and I shared several months ago.
How did I get here?
Why am I here?
I laid there for a while, and then it hit me. The girl named Cora I found in the woods, bringing her here and sleeping with her. As I thought about Core, I felt a pull at my heart. It felt like the same pull I had with Lenny, my ex-mate.
I sat up and looked around the room, and Kevin was sitting in the black leather chair reading a book next to my bookcase on the other side of the room.
"Kevin?" I said as I kept my gaze on him.
Kevin looked up and smiled at me. "You're awake. How do you feel?"
Kevin put the book down, got out of the chair, and walked towards me.
"I feel strange."
"Strange how?" He asked as he sat on the bed next to me.
