chapter 19

when I came to, I felt my hands above my head and the familiar feel of silver. my arms were also sore from holding my body weight, I'm assuming, for at least an hour or two based on the burning muscle.

I opened my eyes and took in my surroundings. I was indeed hanging from the celling it looked like we were in some kind of warehouse or hanger. there was nothing around from what I could see. I could smell them, but they were behind me. my Mates and Lin.

they started to groan as they woke up.

I looked up to see how far up from the celling I was. It was pretty high, but my chain was just wrapped around a piece of metal in the celling.

that is going to make a loud sound if I manage to break it. If being the big word there. the celling was high enough. I'm sure a plan could fit in here.

I pulled myself up and dropped back down. It didn't seem to do anything, but it doesn't mean it won't, eventually.

the bunker door opened to my right, and I stopped what I was doing, and I heard multiple footsteps. I also heard a gasp,

"Mate!" lins voice was loud and almost angry.

I heard a man's laughter and my blood went still, this wasn't the alpha but the Bata.

I heard the footsteps stop beside me, and I turned to look. there were five guards with the Bata they all looked the same. blonde hair cut so short they were almost bald. built like a body builder and all around six feet tall.

I looked at the b*stard of a Bata. Bata Jones, he was older, I know he's been with the alpha as long as my parents have been a live. he was not quite six feet tall shorter than his guards by a few inches. he's also not built like them, but his button-down black shirt and slacks fit every muscle. his black hair was styled in a very business man way, and his blue eyes never left lin as he had an evil smile cross his face.

I heard his footsteps move behind me, and the smell of fear increased in the air. "Ah yes, Mate," he took a deep breath, and I heard a smack, "You smell like another man, not even a wolf, but a human."

I heard lins wolf growl, Zack might not be their fated Mate, but her and her wolf loved him.

I heard chains rattling and then fell to the ground, lin screamed a little, I couldn't see what was going on. but i tried to swing my body around so I could.

"I've heard what s*x is like with your mate. It's supposed to be the best org*sm of one's life." his voice was husky with lust and anger, I heard her scream in pain again.

this time, I heard growls from my Mates, I growled with them.

Bata Jones walked around me, holding lin by her hair. her hands were still in cuffs, and her face was red from being smacked. she locked eyes with me, and she was so angry.

I spat in his face, and he slapped me so hard I spon around. I was able to do a quick look around my mates, where both in sliver cages, forcing them to sit on their knees and be hunched over. it looked to be silver.

that was all I noticed as I swung back around to face Bata Jones.

"After i have some fun with my Mate here, and get that disgusting smell off her. I will be back for you. your father has waited a long time for this moment."

I just glared at him, and he dragged her away to a room that looked like it might be an office. the guards followed them, but not all the way. one stayed on this side of the door, and the others went back outside, probably to keep the perimeter secure while we waited for the Bata to finish.

I grabbed my chain and pulled myself up again, and let myself fall. I did it again and again, getting a little more momentum every time.

"Babe, be careful. You don't hurt your shoulder doing that." Uriah said.

"I'm not going to just hang here while he's..... distracted." I couldn't bring myself to say what was actually going on in that room.

I pulled myself back up and dropped back down.

"damn, these chains aren't budging." I had an idea, and I pulled myself up and tried to get as high as I could.

my anger with Carley kept getting more and more. my blood was starting to boil.

"God, I hope she was good in bed for the headache she's caused." I grunted as I kept trying to get higher. "I am going to hunt her down and kill her."

"What?" Uriah asked, confused.

"Yeah, Babe, you've lost us." Josiah also said, confused.

I let myself drop, but this time, I kept my body in a ball, trying to be as heavy as possible.

the chain sounded like it groaned a little.

"You're crazy girlfriend, I hope she was good in bed for all this drama." I said, gritting through my teeth.

there was an awkward silence that fell between us, and then Josiah started laughing, "Babe, you should see the look on his face right now. It's priceless."

I fell again, and this time, I felt a little pop and looked up. One of the chain links was starting to stretch.

"So I'm guessing she was good in bed then? well, then, I guess this was worth it." I gritted while climbing back up.

"I can't believe this is the conversation right now. and no, it wasn't particularly good for your information. she was just willing to do it wherever I felt like." uriahs said flatly.

"You mean to tell me that our lives are in danger and my friend is being ...." I still can't say it. I dropped my body extra hard. "And she was a bad lay? she just let you hit it wherever you felt like it?"

I felt the groan on the chain. I think a few more falls, and I'll break it. if he doesn't come back out.

I growled in frustration. "I'm going to kill her. I'm going to do it."

at that moment, the office door opened, and Bata Jones walked out with Lindie. he wasn't dragging her by her hair, but her cuffs had some kind of leash that he was leading her around with. she was also now where his button-down shirt and nothing else.

The three of us let out a growl at the site of her. as they got closer, I noticed her eyes were filled with so much hatred, and she was sporting some new bruises on her face.

he took her back behind me. I'm assuming where she was chained up before.

"That was fun, mate." he purred, "I have to go check on our plan now. but I will be back, I can't wait to do that every night in our bed. I loved my c*ck buried in that wet p*ssy of yours." There was a pause, "already wet again for me, my mate. don't worry, I'll have you again shortly."

he walked over to me, "You'll be home soon enough. I'm sure your family can't wait to see you. your little brother has been enjoying all the time spent with the alpha." I growled, " Alpha has been keeping him by his side since we got the call you were here. your brother thinks he's been chosen to take over as Gamma." I growled again. This time, there was an echo of two other grows with me.

"Just a little insurance to make sure you come with us. since it looks like the chain might break soon. wouldn't want your little brother to get hurt now, would you?"

He smirked and turned away to walk outside.

"I'm going to kill him too." I growled.

"No, that Bata is mine." Lin and her wolf said at the same time.

"Yes, he is. his full name is Jones Witmore, Bata of the Ouachita River Pack. " I gave her the information to break the mate bond between them. "I know it's going to suck having him all over you. but we need to wait for you to reject him until we have a clear path to kill him and those guards."

"I understand. My misery is not worth that of your brothers life."

"I promise lin. He will die soon." Uriah said with his alpha Ora, locking it in place as a promise to his pack member.
