Ethan was 5 years old at the time he lost his sight. He always wanted his father to be proud of him, but his father always looked down on him for not being 'useful' like his older half-siblings. His mother seemed to be the only one who loved him as much as he loved her, but Inna was no longer with him. The reason: Alan, his father, murdered her. Alan was so cruel that he killed the woman who loved him the most in front of their son. At 3 years old, Ethan had to watch his mother, the angel who always protected him, die in front of him without him being able to do anything to stop it. […] Two years later the tragedy that took place his vision occurred. Alan was upset that Ethan disobeyed his orders. He took him to 'the room' which was nothing more than a room with multiple torture tools. He had already used many of them with the little one, but that day he thought that he would not use any of them. He just wanted to try a punishment that he heard was 'not that painful' but would make him suffer for a long time. He placed Ethan on the table that was found in the middle of that large room, tying the little boy to it. Alan took a jar. "Let's see how much it hurts, could you help me with this, my dear son?" his very cynical tone of voice only caused terror in the little one and more when he saw him approach. Ethan could only cry. Alan enjoyed that. He liked to see others suffer and he enjoyed it more when he was the cause. He opened the jar and the boy closed his eyes in fear. The older one approached, forcibly opened the younger one's eyes and dropped a 'powder' on them. Ethan began to scream in despair as he writhed. The pain in his eyes was unbearable. From so much pain, screaming and crying, he fainted. […] When he woke up he only saw darkness, Ethan supposed that his father put bandages over his eyes so he put his hands on his head. There was nothing to stop him from seeing, yet he couldn't. From that day on, his world was enveloped in a darkness from which he could not escape. Since that day he lost his vision.
