Erika's Pov
I was leaving David's company building when I saw Charles waiting for me outside the building. He immediately smiled when he saw me. I was about to turn and go back inside, but he saw me already, so I had no choice but to continue exiting the building.
"Hi, Erika. Can I take you to your home now?" He greeted me with a smile. I frowned at him. After we returned to the city from distributing relief goods in a distant province, we never saw each other again. He never contacted me even once. I thought he had completely given up on bothering me, but he hasn't. Because here he is in front of me again.
"No, thanks, Mr. Evans. I have a car so you don't need to drive me home," I answered him. I passed by him and walked to the parking lot but he followed me.
