For Juliana, she just discovered that her feelings towards Neilson is not just liking but ‘Love’ and it is difficult to imagine to live without him in her life. However, since she has a complicated past and present life, she has to accept her fate whatever is written for her.
As for Neilson, he who has never been attracted by any woman ever, has fallen for Juliana! Hence after having given up hope when he actually found Juliana, he was more than convinced that she and only she can be his life partner. But when everything was falling in place and Neilson thought about proposing Juliana for engagement, he found out she is a Mom. He is not aware of the reasons behind the adoption of Alan or if there was or is a boyfriend already.
