He was very cold towards everyone except His majesty. After every battle, he would isolate himself by going to the mountains. Sometimes we won’t see him for months, not until there’s another battle. The late emperor would arrange a feast just for him to enjoy, but he declined the offer. Most beautiful ladies would secretly enter his chambers just to have fun with them just he just threw them out. We all thought maybe he was into guys, so we arranged for attractive and handsome men for him. Well, he threw them out again.
Edward: yuck! First elder… what were you all thinking?
FIRST ELDER: Well those he refused all the beautiful ladies. What should we do? We just wanted him to have fun. It is not bad to love someone of the same gender. Most people do that.
Edward: I see, that explains everything. OK thanks for explanations.
The next day was a very busy day, Tory. She was back to normal duties, gaining money, but her mind was still puzzled by what went on last night plus this morning, what happened left her completely speechless. Rose's mother, who hardly spoke to her, came to the room asking her how her life had been since her mother had died; prepared her breakfast and treated her well.
Tory: Does this have something to do with what happened last night?
Snow: what do you think? You had the emperor and the elders asking for forgiveness because the noble Edward harassed you. Ha! Thinking about it gets me more mad, don’t you think?
Tory: I thought you never brought that up… mind explaining that entire My Lord, the Lord Luke thing that was going on. Now!
Snow: Eek...
Tory: I am waiting!!
“Don’t be too hard on him. "He can’t really tell you that now, not just yet.” Edward appeared.
Edward: but if you like, I will gladly give you a little.
Snow: no need, who invited you here?
Tory: hey! Stop... Please be sorry about that, he’s still upset about it.
Edward: that’s why I am here to properly apologize to both of you; please forgive me. Also, can we be friends?
Tory: sure no problem.
