Nine tails fox

Tory were extremely happy to hear that her uncle whom has traveled for years has returned. Well not only Tory that was happy to hear the news but the other stepsisters were too.

Tory’s mother was busy with her work as always not caring about what the other wives thinks or do, heard her daughter rushing in calling the mother.

Tory: mom, I have heard uncle has arrived and he’s in town what should we make for him for his return?

Toy’s mother: hmm m!! Since you care so much and you put love in everything you do first am sure your uncle will love it as well.

Tory: sign, I just want to compete with my other sisters, I know you dislike that but my other sisters’ mother is doing something to welcome his return. I bet you don’t want me to lose this, right mom …

Tory’s mother: huh so are you are saying, I should stop this business that am doing and join you with this stupid competition that will not bring me anything but a waste of time?

Tory: is not stupid…... (She mumbles)

Tory’s mother could see the sadness in her daughters face but chose to ignore it. The uncle came holding three boxes each had different ribbons like it a birthday gift but is nor of the three girl’s birthday nor was it a Christmas.

Rose and Jennet along with their mothers were there in time to welcome their brother-in-law, they cleaned they whole house with the absent of Tory and her mother, of course those two are always finding ways to get money.

The uncle made the two girls choose one of the boxes; well they were pleased with what was inside. One was a ticket to a royal ball which Rose was the one who took it, the other was a document of a built house in the capital which Jennet took it; the two girls were too exciting about what their uncle has given to them. Later Tory arrived and her uncle gave her the last gift which was an egg inside the box. She took it out of the box with a shocked face

Rose: wow!! It seems uncle knows that you and your mother love to do business so he brought you an egg nice one uncle …...

Jennet: stop it Rose that’s what was left besides, uncle we loved it thanks

Rose: yes, uncles I do … mom!!! Please come and see I have gotten a ticket to a royal ball am so happy for this.

Jennet: you shouldn’t worry at least you got something

Tory: I know, I think (whiles looking at the egg). Hmm

HATCHED EGG

Tory took the egg to her room with a sad face

Tory: seriously what am going to with this egg, for some reason I can’t discard it away … hmm!

Tory’s mother unexpectedly appears behind her daughter

Tory’s mother: what are you signing about, is an egg and nothing else. Stop been per annoy, beside there might a reason why your uncle gave you the egg just have patience, there is always a way out of something.

Tory: you think so?

Tory were still not happy with the gift she got. The following morning was very busy day but the two stepsisters were showing off their gifts to the neighbors ‘well is surely a wonderful gift that your uncle has given it to “said the other neighbor

Tory wake up late in the morning; all that he could think about was the disappointment that has come to her life. She can’t eat the egg; cause is was in weird color she hasn’t seen anything like. She signs.

She turned to the position where the egg was placed it was not there, all that it left was the egg shell. She panicked and quickly got out the bed to search for her egg but didn’t find it in her room, she ran outside to ask her mother about it, the mother replied ‘her no I haven’t seen, you disliked the egg and now it gone shouldn’t you be pleased that this has happened’

Tory: if I didn’t want it, I didn’t wish for it to disappear it beside if it has disappeared then is the eggshell still here, mom explain you.

She went back to room to prepare for her work and she noticed something very beautiful on her bed.

There on her bed lays, a very beautiful fox with different color of tails, Tory was in shock for an instant then came back to her senses.

Tory: what netherworld!!

The sound she made woke the fox up, it looked very sleepy; it looked at her with its blue eyes and raised its tails whiles sitting on the bed.

Tory: OMG!! What a beautiful fox, when did it entered the room, how did get, who brought it and why does it have a lot of tails and it staring at me, am I dreaming?

Tory was having a lot of thoughts on her mind.

FOX: seriously you are making noise Tory

Tory: wait! It talks and it knows my name!

Fox: who doesn’t know you, the girl who works hard cause the other two stepsisters refuses to work, and yes, I can talk so please allow me to have my beauty sleep OK.
