Jennet couldn’t bear the fact that her crush was married to her stepsister, Rose. She went to the river bank to calm herself. Thinking about what her mother has told her

Jennet: Maybe it is for the best. There’s nothing I can do about it. Let’s wait for a while and see if mom will ever disappoint, nor will nature.

After calming down , she went back home only to find Tory and Fox (Lord Luke).

Lord Luke: I wonder where this one is coming from, and it looks like she’s very disappointed and wishes the event never occurred in this house. But then again, it is very good that one has gotten married, otherwise there will be a problem.

Jennet: hmm!

Lord Luke: what!!

Jennet: nothing

Lord Luke; go sign somewhere else (with an angry tone)

Jennet: pardon? I can’t sign in my own father’s house now, plus I wasn’t talking to you.

Lord Luke: good for you.

Things went back to the way they were after the wedding ceremony. Tory went back to her business; Jennet went back to her usual self, enjoying her beauty staff. Jennet used her house given by her uncle for rent to earn some money.
