I walked into the cafeteria and noticed my table was empty. I guess today it’s just going to be me and Nina.
A part of me felt disappointed; I liked that Shawn and his friends sat with me and Nina yesterday.
I went over to the table and sat down, pulling out my bag of Sun Chips. Nina came over a few minutes later, saw my bag, shook her head, and said, “Let me guess, that’s all you’re eating?”
“Nina, please don’t,” I replied.
Nina sat down. “Well, just eating a small bag of chips won’t help you lose weight,” she said.
“It helps with cutting calories,” I told her.
