Pack Doubts
Darius's Pov
Dante showed up at my office around noon. I had been going through pack financial reports but my mind kept wandering to Soraya and what Mira said about the seal possibly killing her if it broke wrong. I needed to tell Soraya about the witch but I didn't know how to bring it up without making her panic.
"You wanted to see me?" Dante said as he walked in and closed the door.
"Yeah sit down. We need to talk about pack business."
He sat in the chair across from my desk and I could tell by his face that whatever he had to say wasn't good. Dante was usually pretty calm about everything but right now he looked tense and that meant trouble.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"It's about Soraya" he said. "Word has spread through the pack that she's your mate
