Feirra is someone who normally spends her day sharing relationship post on any social media app that she has. Nope, she doesn't have relationship problems with anyone. She's just really hashtag "single asf". It's not that she's not beautiful, she's just not the type of girl most guys wants to hang out nowadays. She can be really funny but mostly just corny. She's childish but well ... can be mature sometimes and she's uhm... no more words can describe her. She lives with her grandmother together with her older sister who doesn't really care much about her whereabouts. And two little cousins who would just run around the house and fight each other. Her sister, Roya owns a parrot that pretty much don't like her and her grandma owns a bunny that tend to scratch her everytime she tries to hold it. She studies at Novellinoe's University and she's currently a senior high student. She's not an honor student nor a popular kid so she stays to the ... well normal kids. "Feirra!" Feirra turned around the moment she heard her name being called out loud. Only one biatch that screams her name and it was Angela running towards her. Angela stopped in front of Feirra and was breathing heavily. Still catching her breath she spoke. "Do you know what you gonna be tonight?" Feirra thought about it for a minute and raised her brow. "Aren't we too old for that?" "Are you kidding me?! We haven't had any absence for the past few years since our existence! Don't tell me you're changing?" Angela asked. "No! What are you saying? Of course not! It's just I think we're the only adults who are doing such thing!" Feirra replied. Though she really wants the candy but it would be nice if she was twinning costume with someone really hot and— "Hello? Are you fuckin listening to me?!" Angela asked, waving her hand in front of Feirra. "The f**k you hallucinating about?" "Huh? Uhm... yeah, I'll dress up later," Feirra said as she scratched her undone natural eyebrow. "What time we gonna be trick or treating?" "I'll get your ass at your house later so don't forget, aight?" "Yeah, alright," Feirra replied and went her way to her first period. As her teacher was talking in front of the class, she continued to scroll on her phone and sharing statuses. She stopped soon as she remembered what she and Angela talked about earlier. Damn... what am I goin to be? *** The surrounding was getting dark when Armando grinned devilishly. "It's fuckin' time again," he thought. He was getting so damn impatient as every year goes by. It's only this time of a year that he can be seen by any human and his only chance to be free. Why he's chained is because he dared to challenge and disobey the king of demons named, Drake. His highness is his own brother that he never liked. Armando wants power and wants the throne and so he keeps challenging Drake to the point where he left his highness no choice but to chain him inside a church that is now ruined. Many years had passed but not a single one would want to walk inside the church for they think it is haunted. That made escaping for Armando a really hard thing to do. "Well, well, well, do you still wanna take the throne from me little brother?" Armando smirked angrily and look up to his brother. "My, my, what a surprise visit from you." Drake took out his sword and point the sharp end towards Armando who didn't even blink. "Still the same old brat. What is it in the throne that you want to steal it so bad? Do a chair possess such power?" "The title itself is power!" Armando groaned in anger. Even he gave all his might to break the chains but it never could be broken. Drake draw the sword at Armando's neck. "If you weren't my brother, I would've slit your throat already," he whispered and looked at his brother's eyes. Upon withdrawing it made a cut on Armando's face. "I'll see you at the kingdom when you're free," Drake uttered and vanished. "I curse you!" Armando screamed angrily. He, again tried to break the chains but they really were unbreakable. If only he can reach out for the keys on the altar. "You wait you f*****g demon!" *** It was around seven when Feirra finally put on her costume. She asked help from her sister and now she is a giant caterpillar. She has no choice. She went downstairs and her two cousins laughed at her so loud. "What's so funny? Haven't seen a caterpillar before?" "You should be crawling and wiggling!" One of her cousins said and laughed with the other. She rolled her eyes and when she was about to get cookie she saw her sister Roya, twinning a damn costume with her boyfriend. "Yuck! You guys are not gonna last," she bitterly exclaimed. "Excuse me!" She shoved them both out of her way and she went out of their house. "Fuckin crazy family and this costume is damn not great!" "Wtf is that costume?" Angela asked as she saw Feirra. She laughed so hard too. "Why dress like that?" Feirra with a grumpy face walked out their gate. "Let's just freakin go!" Every person they meet on the street either laughs or stare at Feirra. She was not having fun while her friend Angela who was dressed as a fairy got all the good shits in her. "Yo, Angela, I'm getting tired. Can we just go home? We're like nowhere and it's so late!" Feirra whined at her friend. She was really tired and she isn't liking her costume too. "Uhm... I'm sure you can go home safely, yeah?" Angela asked. Feirra rolled her eyes as she knew Angela would not stop until she has all the candies. "Alright, you be safe okay? And next year, can you just drag your boyfriend instead of me?!" Angela laughed and kissed her cheek. "You be careful I'll text my boyfriend to come with me. Love ya!" She yelled and run to another block. Feirra walked her way to the streets but she then forgot which way is home. Yeah she lives in this town but she doesn't go out much. She spent minutes and minutes of wandering until she pause in front of an old abandoned church. She heard stories about this church; that it is a home of some devil that's why it was abandoned. There was some kind of energy telling her to come inside to check it out. She started to walk towards the church and then the cold wind blew that made her shiver. "Damn, it's cold," she whispered as she push the door open. Half of the roof was gone and the moonlight lit some space of the room. Feirra bravely entered the church and saw a guy all tied up in the corner. Chains all over his body and his beautiful face with a fresh cut. He's so handsome, she thought. Feirra flinched when Armando opened his eyes. Then she came to think of an excuse. "Uh... I wasn't staring at you. I was only wondering if you're okay." Armando didn't speak. He only looked at Feirra from toe to head and then head to toe, speculating what kind of creature Feirra was. Feirra scoffed as she saw the way Armando's looks at her. "I didn't have a choice for this, tch!" Armando frowned. "What kind of creature are you?" "Bruh! I'm a caterpillar!" Feirra screamed. "What about you huh? What's this act about? With your big horns and cuts—damn those looked real!" Armando didn't want to waste time and he grinned devilishly. It's his chance to be unchained. "Would you do me a favor and unchain me?" ***
