"Who on earth would chain you? Well most of the people in this planet are crazy nowadays so I don't think it's a thing to—"
"Can you just f*****g unchain me?!" Armando shouted in frustration cutting Feirra off.
"Geez! I was just explaining and you went and shout at me! How dare you?!" Feirra screamed too. Then she thought, why the hell was she screaming?
"Can you just do it?"
Feirra glared at the demon. Then she thought it might be some social experiment some crazy people is doing or a damn prank on her.
"Why is your costume like that tho?" She asked changing the subject.
Armando rolled his eyes. He's starting to get impatient at this stupid whatever it was in front of him.
"I'm a demon and my brother chained me here!"
Feirra only laughed sarcastically at what he said. "Your brother did this? I bet he was with his friends and bruh, to be honest, you look like a goat than a demon!" She said and continued to laugh at him.
Armando who was trying his best to be very patient and not scare the s**t out of Feirra chose not to say anything. He remained quiet with his head down.
"Hey! I didn't mean to laugh so hard. I uh... thought it wou—"
"Unchain me!" Armando yelled, "Please."
Feirra gazing at his red eyes–which she thinks are just contact lenses —saw that he really wanted to be unchained.
"How do I break this thing?" Feirra asked and went closer to pull the chain.
"It's no use. But see the box in the altar?" He used his lips to point towards the altar. "The key is inside. He put it there."
"Why the hell would a brother do this to his own brother too? I mean is people this crazy that they'll just leave their brother?" Feirra continue to mumble as she was walking towards the altar.
She took the box and made her way back to him.
"Do not release him. He's done a blood bound crime," Feirra read out loud what the note on the top of the box says.
"That's not true."
"What crime did you do to your brother?" She asked him. She's now curious and wants to make sure he doesn't end up killing her when she releases him.
"What do you wish the most?" Armando asked out of nowhere.
That surprised Feirra and so she turned her gaze to the side. She doesn't want him to know what she wants. It's too embarrassing.
Armando wished his ability to read minds was working but as long as he's chained, he can't use it. So now he needs to figure what this creature wants.
"Why are you asking such thing?" She asked with that expression on her face. She seemed embarrassed about something.
"Because I might grant it, if you just release me."
"What are you? Some kind of genie that's chained?"
"No. But I can give you what you want."
Feirra stared fiercely at Armando. She doesn't trust him but the guy is handsome asf! He can be her boyfriend!
"Why are you turning red?" Armando asked frowning.
She cleared her throat and composed her posture. "Alright, let's have an agreement here mister uhm ... goat."
"Goat?"
"Just shut up! You give me what I want and I'll set you free? That good for you?" Feirra asked Armando.
The word "free" excite the blood in the veins of Armando. He smirked. "Alright. Tell me what you want?"
Feirra bit her lower lip. Is she gonna tell him or no? Embarrassing but she's thinking it's her time to feel how it feels like to have somebody who—
"Hey! Caterpillar! Are you going to tell me or not?" Armando snapped her out of her world.
"Uhm... alright! What I want is for you to be my boyfriend!" she yelled. She bravely stared back at Armando who was dumbfounded with her request.
"Boyfriend?"
"Yeah as in a lover!" She shout and rolled her eyes.
"Me? Your lover?" Armando asked, slightly frowning and confused.
"Don't you have any other request?" He asked.
"Nope. That's the only thing I want and if you can't be then I guess have a good night," Feirra stood up with the box and her candy. She turned her back on him and was about to walk away when he spoke.
"Alright, caterpillar!" He shouted.
Feirra smirked and faced the demon again.
"I accept the deal so unchain me!"
Feirra smiled at him. She put down her candies and opened the box. She took out the key.
But before she starts opening up the locks she took out a bracelet. It isn't thick or anything. It's so thin and simply plain.
"What's that?" The demon asked, curiously looking at the bracelet.
"This is something I bought at some online store. It came up as a couple band so this is the first gift I'm giving you," She told him.
Armando doesn't want the thing but he needs to go ride with her until he's free.
He let her put it on his wrist. And she smiled as soon as it was on.
"Now do it," he ordered.
She made a face. "Alright, alright. Impatient goat!"
Feirra took the key again and started to open up the locks. There were five locks and everytime one open, Armando's grin gets wider. Slowly, he regains all his strength.
Feirra stopped when there was only one left. "Doesn't the chains hurt? They seemed to really really—"
Armando couldn't wait to be free and he pushed her, cutting what she was about to say. He took the key with his other hand and set himself free.
"What the hell?" Feirra yelled angrily at him.
Armando who was now free, stood up and move his neck side to side. "Damn, I can smell freedom now," he groaned.
Feirra stood in front of the demon, still thinking he was human like her too. "Hey! You should give me your number so I can call you."
Armando scoffed and said, "My, my, little caterpillar, you shouldn't trust any creature around here."
The way the demon said that made Feirra uncomfortable. She thinks she's gonna die soon.
"Do you really think a demon like me would make you my lover?" Armando asked taking steps towards Feirra.
She immediately took steps back but the demon was still taking steps towards her too. "Don't come any closer to me!"
Armando sense fear in her voice and he read the look on her face. She's scared and she thinks he's a psycho. Armando smirk like the devil that he is.
He took few more steps that made her pressed herself on the wall. "Tell me, do you still want me as your lover?"
Feirra, scared of what's happening saw the demon's wings spreading. Her eyes widened as she thought how awesome this guy's costume was. Then she thought, her costume has a big hole down that she can shrink off and run from this guy.
"Don't think of escaping. You can't run from me," he whispered.
Feirra looked at the demon and then immediately shrink out of her costume. She ran as fast as she could out of the church and on the street leaving her candies behind.
Armando who was left there smirked. He's still holding the caterpillar costume. He puts it down and took the candies. "So, she's human."
