Zoe told us the whole thing about her and her twin. Why is everyone having a twin nowadays?
“How did she get here?” I asked, trying to be sure she wasn't telling lies. “We only prepared for one of you, and somehow, there's two of you here.”
“I stuffed her in through the boots of Nicholas' car, and her scent masking is perfect.” Zoe responded.
“I never even bothered checking the booth cause there was nothing there.” Nicholas said as we all turned to look at him.
“And do you have an idea of where she'd be?” I asked, trying to calm my nerves.
“I can't say.” Zoe said as tears dropped down her eyes. “I don't understand why she'd do something like this.”
