Nyx's POV
I spent most of my time with the packs, installing their Alphas by carrying out the rituals. Kieran was there for most of it, then had to leave when there was a call from the council of Alphas he had to receive.
By the time I was done, Kieran was in the room, still receiving his call. Everyone bowed as I walked into the pack house, and Blue, maybe my biggest supporter was grinning and blushing on my behalf.
I grabbed a bottle of wine, and a wine glass on the way to room. I opened the door, and Kieran was still on the call when I walked in.
There was a smile on his face followed by a wink.
I had my bath, and got dressed again, and it was when I was done he had finished with his call. I poured myself a glass, and I walked over to him slowly, winking at him as I walked.
