I was stressed speaking to several packs without Alphas. Most of them were having disputes with their betas becoming the Alphas because as soon as any would assume the role of the Alpha, death would immediately follow.
“What is the total number of packs present here?” I asked, as Nicholas was done stationing each pack in several places to avoid fights, and to make it easier to properly place everyone.
“Currently, fifteen packs.” Nicholas said. I stopped waking immediately, and I turned to look at him.
“What do you mean by currently?” I asked
“According to Jubril and Trent, more and more packs have been arriving by the day, and they are endlessly coming.” He said, and I sighed deeply.
