The Lovely family
The sun cast a warm glow over the small village,where The scent of blooming flowers and freshly baked bread wafted through the air,the family house of the Davis,was a cozy cottage with a thatched roof and a cozy garden, their home was filled with love and laughter.
Scarlett and Amber are the two beautiful young daughters of the Davis,whom loved each other so deeply and cared so much for their parents.
Scarlett is the eldest daughter,she is as kind as a dove, sensible and mature,her gentle nature,made her to be loved by everyone in the village, she is a teacher in their local school,she has a slender figure accumulated by her fitted dresses,her dark curly hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall, framing her heart shaped face,her bright expressive eyes sparkled with warmth and intelligence, shining like stars in the night sky.
Her features were so delicate yet striking,with high cheek bones and a small nose, her full lips curved into a gentle smile,so inviting and warm,her skin glowed with a soft golden undertone.
Amber is a young woman who is so ambitious and always has a dream of living a luxurious lifestyle,she has an aura of poised confidence,her sharp features and piercing gaze commanding attention,her sleek dark hair was perfectly styled in a chic bob framing her angular face and accentuating her striking cheek bones.
Her bright calculating eyes sparkled with intelligence and ambition, hinting at her sharp mind and quick wit,her full lips curved into a subtle, enigmatic smile, suggesting a depth of emotion and strategy.
Both sister's loved each other so much despite their differences in nature,they bonded well together by playing in the garden, their hairs scattered as they chased each other around the trees.
Their parents loving and supportive watched over them with warm gentle smiles,life was so simple, yet rich in love and connection.
Amber's POV.
Mom!! Mom!! Amber called out as she ran to her mother who was weaving a dress in the living room.
Mom " please tell Scarlett to lend me her pink dress, I want to wear it to my friend's birthday party tonight, amber asked as she and her sister fight over the dress.
"Come on Scarlett, you are the sensible one,why not let your younger sister wear the dress,it's only for tonight,it's not big deal , their mother intervened.
"But mom amber, always makes a mess on my dress,she always ruins it .
Please Scarlett it's only for tonight, am your cute little sister right,so please let me wear it,she said giving her a puppy face.
Am not falling for that again,amber go put my dress back in my room.
Mom!! Please tell Scarlett that I will be rich someday and I will have different fleets of cars,I will buy the most exotic designer dresses, just you watch Scarlett,I will be so famous in the city of New York and I would remind you of this day.
"Ohhh there she goes again with her day dreaming,snap out of it amber.Mom please tell Amber that one shouldn't be so ambitious and take life slow, am please tell her to stop with all this big talks of hers.
"Ohhh sis you are too boring, you won't become rich by being so smart and intelligent,I bet you think that with your little salary that you would become rich.
"Ohh no sis,you have to be cunning to get what you want and am definitely making it to the top", either by hook or crook and thank you for the dress,she said running off to the bathroom.
"Ohhh gracious God, please help my hot headed daughter that she won't go astray or make a bad decision in her life.
Mom you don't have to worry about amber,she is still young,I bet that she would come around.
What is going on here"why is my house so dull,dad !!! You are back welcome home, Scarlett said giving him a hug.
"Welcome back sweetheart,Mrs Davis rosed from her chair to give him a kiss on the cheek.
Thank you my love, I can see that you are busy nitching a dress,that's lovely, Scarlett stood there in awe watching the love and affection being displayed by her parents.
"And how is my smart beautiful daughter doing?? And please tell me how was school today,he said sitting down on the wooden chair.
"Am good dad and school was fine dad,how was work today at the mail office,she asked handing him a glass of water.
Was the usual dear and where is my maniac of a daughter I haven't seen her.
Amber rushed out of the bathroom,am here dad, and dad am so upset with you, why would you refer to Scarlett as your smart and sensible daughter and call me s maniac,she said with an angry look on her face.
That's because sweetheart,you are like a time bomb always ready to explode, just like now,your face is so red with anger, some times I do get scared of you,he said laugh out loud.
Mom!! Look at dad he just called me a maniac,she said complaining to her mother "it's fine sweetheart,do not pay heed to anyone and you look so stunning in this pink dress.
"Really mom,she asked as her face lit up with a smile,Thank you mom, she said spinning around.
"Hold on, and where are you going dressed like that?? Davis asked, well dad am going to my friend Anna's birthday party, that's why I look so beautiful and charming and do you know what she said that she has invited some of her friends from the city, and who knows maybe my wealthy prince charming might be among,she giggled like a child.
There you go again amber,"keep on dreaming,the only Prince charming you would find in this village of ours, is the village headsman son, and you know what he is handsome, Scarlett teased her.
"Ewww so gross"he is so poor and Scarlett is something wrong with your eyes?? why would you call an ape handsome and one more thing I can't marry him,he is so poor,he can't even afford to buy me any designer dress.
"But he isn't that bad,at least he can buy you the best dress in the market and have you forgotten that he is the son of our village headsman??so it's not bad if you marry him, Scarlett continued to tease her.
"Impossible sis,I want nothing to do with the headsman son,he is so poor for my liking"And you want me to marry him", impossible my prince charming will come from the city, he would be a billionaire, one who will always fulfill all my desires and take me around the world,you would see and "sis am just going to this party because of Anna, just to enjoy Myself and have fun not to hook up with those poor folks.
"Alright amber,we have heard you,get going it's already late and be sure to come back on time."
"Yeah you are right mom, alright then see you all soon,bye mom,she said giving her mother a kiss on the cheek, bye dad ,bye Scarlett,see you all later,she said as she made her way out of the house.
"So you gave your mom a kiss but can't give you dad,her father said stopping her in her tracks.
"Ohh my"dad you are impossible she said as she ran back to give him a kiss on both sides of the cheek, and giving Scarlett a hug,happy now see you later,she said running off immediately.
Take care amber and don't stay out to late, Scarlett shouted after her.
She would never change,so full of ambitions and dreams,I just hope she doesn't get hurt by all these her big dreams.
"You don't have to worry mom"it's all good,she would be fine, and please excuse me I need to quickly set up the table for dinner.
