I feel kind of numb following Alexander into his house. I thought this was going to be fairly easy with all of us here to help in the search. Now, with this new information, I'm feeling deflated and more worried about mom and dad than ever. I think we all are. On top of this, my bone-headed boyfriend looks dead on his feet. I knew this was not a good idea, but he just would not listen to reason. Even when I wouldn't speak to him for a whole day he was adamant that he was coming. I'm going to make sure he gets some rest as soon as we're settled. On the drive over I admit I was concerned we'd be sleeping on the floor since there's five of us, but once I got a glimpse of the sprawling Spanish colonial home those concerns seem unfounded.
