My wolf was losing his mind.
I felt it the moment I woke up. That wild, angry feeling was crawling all over my skin. He wanted to hunt. To bite. To keep what was his safe forever.
Freya was still asleep beside me, curled up small. Her face looked soft and peaceful in the morning light. Beautiful. Perfect. Mine.
