I knew who she was.  I took a step back and wrapped my arms around my belly inadvertently.  She closed the distance between us fast and started circling me as if I were prey.  “So, are you Alexus’s blood bag? How clever of him, he got you faster than I could.” She sounded amused.  When she took a step closer, I waved my hand and some thin vines rose around me, but that wasn’t all, a purple light radiated from my belly to my whole body and enveloped me.
