I think we are being followed.

Xavier an Charlie walked through the woods to the Pack house. Is Anyone else going with us? Charlie asked. No sweetheart, we are just stopping by to check on everyone and pick up my truck. I'm their Alpha so I have to stop by a few times a week to make sure everything is staying on schedule. Since we have been gone 3 days on our road trip I'm assuming Derrick is already in over his head. The pack gets a little out of hand when the Alpha isn't present for long periods of time. It's a dominance ordeal. I have to be present and be dominant so they stay under control. Derrick is my Beta an can run things for short periods of time but I have to do my duties as well. You will understand everything after a few months baby..... I promise. he said and stopped walking to give her a kiss. I hope so. We also need to let the Pack know about the party tomorrow night. Hayden an I planned to start the party at 5:00 p.m. We are going to throw a huge BBQ an swimming party with some games. There will be more men there than women an you know how I feel about parties being boring. I just want everyone to have fun! We need to ask one of the older wolves to flirt with Attica too. Charlie rambled on and before they knew it they were walking up the stairs to the front porch. I think that sounds like an amazing idea Sexy. Xavier said opening the front door. Where is our house? Charlie asked. It's right across the road. Don't worry.... You think I wasn't going to give you a walk through before we left for the club? Maybe break in the bed. He winked at her. Now your talking! Charlie said smacking his ass. Damon came out of the kitchen. Hey Alpha..... How was the trip? He asked. It was great! We had to kill a Muerte but other than that it was awesome. But.. You were just the man I was looking for! Xavier exclaimed. What's up boss? He asked curiously when Xavier smiled at him. We have a new friend an she is your age..... And well we are  throwing an engagement party tomorrow night ....and.... I was wondering it you could come on to her. She's been really lonely for years..... If you catch my drift. Xavier explained. Is she hot? Damon asked. Yes! She Is beautiful, and very nice, an smart. I think you two would make a great couple. Charlie interrupted. Okay, I'm in. But you know if she isn't my mate .....it could never be serious. Damon said seriously. I'm not asking for serious. I'm just asking you to show her a good time. Xavier said. Ok, I can do that. What time is the party tomorrow? He asked. It starts at 5:00p.m. Xavier replied. Ok I'll see you guys there. And Congrats by the way. Damon said walking out the front door. I need to check-in with everyone an then we can run by our house before we head to the club. Xavier said walking up the stairs. 

Xavier covered Charlie's eyes. No peeking! He said leading her to the front of their home. Ok when I count to 3 you can look. He instructed. Okay ......hurry I wanna see! She whinned. One.......Two.......... Three. He said lowering his hands from her eyes. Oh my Gosh! It's so beautiful! This is my dream home! Charlie exclaimed an hugged him. Let's go in! She squealed. 

She walked in an couldn't believe how beautiful their home was. The living room was massive, all open floor plan. There was a huge island in the middle of the kitchen with built in sink an burners. The refrigerator looked like the cabinets an you couldn't tell it was there until you opened it. The oven was built into the wall. There were so many sky lights to let the natural light in. The color scheme to the whole house was so pretty, it had dark grey on the bottom half of the walls, a white chair rail all the way around an light grey on the top of the walls. 

Oh my Gosh Xavier!!!!!! I love it. Charlie screamed and jumped up and wrapped her legs around his waist. He lifter her with ease and kissed her. You haven't even seen the rest of the house! He said carrying her to the bathroom. If it looks anything like the entrance I will love it! She said hugging him around the neck while he carried her. He sat her on her feet an she turned around to look at bathroom number 1. There was a huge Jacuzzi tub in the right corner and on the left there was a stand up shower. In the front right there was another door, she opened it an seen the toilet area with a sky light over it. This bathroom is huge! It's bigger than the bedroom I had in New York! She squealed. I can't wait to sit in that bathtub with you an just soak for hours! She said smiling up at him. I can't wait either Sexy. Wait until you see our bedroom. Your going to love it! Xavier said walking out of the bathroom towards their bedroom. How many bedrooms an bathrooms are there in this house? She asked looking around. It's a 4 bedroom 3 and a half baths an a secret room. It's kinda like a panic room. Also I have a surprise for you. I set it up while we were in New York. He stated with a sly smile. This is a big surprise already! She said pulling him in for a kiss. Well since you decided to leave damn near everything in New York I figured you would need a few things. He said pulling her to the bedroom. When she entered the room she was shocked. Their bed looked like a triple king size. It was massive, at the bottom of the bed there was a grey plush couch. On the wall there was... What looked like a 80 inch flat screen tv. On each side of the bed there was 2 huge doors. You're using the left hun. Xavier said pointing to the left side of the bed. She walked over an opened the door. The entire walk in closet was filled with beautiful clothes and shoes an jewelry an purses. Her mouth dropped. How? How did you know my size, my style of clothing , everything!?! She questioned. I looked at your size when your clothes were on the floor after we had s*x in New York. So I asked the guys mates to shop for clothes and shoes an accessories and I had Derrick pick something else out for you. He said pulling her into the garage. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. What is this! Is this mine?!?! She said running over to the 2020 Dodge Charger. It's purple!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite color!!!! She exclaimed. Everything matched. The black rims with purple outlines. Even the inside had purple and black interior. It's amazing baby! I love you so much!!!!!!! I can't believe you bought me a car! She exclaimed kissing him. Well we will have plenty of time to see the house the rest of our lives, how about you test drive your new car, we can take that to run our errands. My truck is in the next garage, we can always drive that if you want. NO! I want to! she said laughing. My truck is pretty awesome too. I have a big blacked out lifted 2020 Dodge Ram! He stated matter of factly. Well I think we should take my car. I've always wanted one of these! And it's my favorite color! She said sitting in the drivers seat. Get in! She laughed. Xavier shook his head an laughed as he walked around to the passenger side an got in. Seat belt. she said seriously. He pushed the button on the garage door opener and she waited impatiently for it to open. Soon as it was open she gunned it in reverse an spun out of the driveway. Whooooooooooooooo! She screamed. Damn girl where you learn to drive like that! Xavier said holding onto the "Oh s**t" handle. You like that huh? Well hold on baby cause your in for a ride! Charlie exclaimed and floored it. 

Hayden, Devlin and Attica decided to go shop for last minute party supplies for the engagement party tomorrow night. I think a White Disco ball would  be pretty hanging over the pool. Hayden suggested. What do you think guys? She asked them. I think that would be nice. Devlin said an Attica agreed. Attica was acting a little distracted. Are you okay Attica? Devlin asked. Yeah, I'm fine ...but I think.. ..we are being followed. Attica explained while looking down the next aisle. Why do you say that? Hayden asked nervously. Devlin was already on high alert. He stopped an closed his eyes trying to hear what people in the store were talking about. Nothing....I don't hear anything about us. Do you think the person following is is by themselves? Devlin asked. Yeah I think it's Axel I keep sensing the after affects of my magic. Almost like a spider web after the spider is done with it. That's how Simone an I sense others magic. We killed all the other Muertes.... He is the only one left. She stated nervously. It will be okay, there is 3 of us and one of him. She said. No! There is only two of us. Hayden will not interfere with that creature! I'm not putting her life in danger. Devlin snarled. I'm sorry. I didn't think about that.... I mean No offense. Attica said sincerely. I'm sorry I snapped at you, just even thinking about that creature near her specially since we are trying for a baby, makes me see red. Devlin explained. Oh...I didn't know. I hope for the best. I have some herbs you can take for fertility if you would like? That is how I conceived with Simone. Attica offered. That sounds great Attica. Thanks. Hayden said with a smile.

 They went back to shopping an Devlin an Attica kept a look out but whoever it was never approached them. Attica could tell that they were being watched though. She could feel it. 

After arriving home they set up some of the decorations on the back patio. There was plenty of room in the back for the party they were throwing. They would have the whole pack house, themselves an Aunt Lily. Attica used her magic to hang the disco ball over the pool. It was really starting to come together. The theme was silver, black an white with a touch of red. It's looking beautiful. Attica told Hayden. I just hope everything stays until the party tomorrow night. Hayden replied. Well the weather is supposed to be great the next few days so I don't think you have anything to worry about. Attica explained. I think Charlie is going to love it when she sees it. We both planned the colors so she is really going to like it. They have been gone all day. I wonder when they are coming back. We aren't supposed to move into our houses until after the party. Hayden stated. Well I'm sure they are fine.  I know they said they had to go by two of the club's so they will probably take awhile. He also mentioned stopping at the Pack House an their home to pick up his vehicle. Attica said. No wonder. You know they took their time at their house. I haven't even gotten to see our home yet. Hayden said with a smile. You seem like a patient person though. I'm sure your in no hurry. Attica laughed. No... I'm fine with wherever we are. Aunt Lily is like a mother to me, My parents left me when I was 15 and I've been with Charlie ever since. Hayden said sadly. Well...hun, that is their loss! You are a great person! I would be happy to have a daughter like you. Attica said an gave her a hug. My parents were bad on drugs and partying so I pretty much raised myself anyway. I had two jobs when I was 13, working under the table. I did classes in night school and got my high school diploma early. She explained. Well you did a great job raising yourself. No child should have to go through that ,but you did, and you turned out great. Attica said sincerely. Thank you. How about we go inside an eat. It's already 9:00p.m.  I'm hungry. Hayden said. 

Devlin ordered pizza since they were busy decorating and lost track of time. Hayden an Attica came into the back door just as the doorbell rang. I ordered pizza! Devlin said going to the door. It's the pizza man I can smell the pizza. He said when Attica looked worried. Her face looked relieved when he told her that. She had been on edge since the party supply store. Devlin gave the man his tip an brought the pizza in an sat it on the table. I know you guys are hungry. Dig in. He said going into the kitchen to get drinks. Hayden an Attica sat down to eat. This is gonna be the only thing I miss when he turns me. Food! I love pizza too. He said I could still eat regular food but it doesn't taste the same. Hayden said taking a bite of pizza. Well maybe it will be different for you. Some vamps still eat food. I guess it's different for each of them. Attica said. I hope so cause I love to eat. She said. Devlin came back in with drinks. Yeah I had a friend that still ate food on a regular basis. I still eat it occasionally. If Hayden an I would go out to a restaraunt I would eat. He said................. Someone just pulled up out front. Devlin said an was at the window in a flash. Oh, Its just Xavier an Charlie. He said just as they started honking. I'm guessing they want us to come out there. Hayden said standing to walk to the door with Attica following behind her. Hey b***h!!!!! Look what my fiance got me!!!! Charlie yelled. Hayden yelled back. Look at you.. Spoiled Ass! That is bad ass though! I LOVE the purple! Hayden ,Devlin and Attica walked down the driveway to get a closer look. Wow it's beautiful. Attica stated. Well, I did get the idea from Devlin, so I'm guessing someone else has a surprise when they get home. Xavier winked at Hayden. Thanks for ruining the surpise. Xavier! It wouldn't have been possible without your pack though because I don't have friends here to set everything up. Devlin said. Well you have friends here now! Xavier replied. I guess I do. He smiled. There is pizza inside. If you guys are hungry. Hayden told them and walked towards the door. She was reaching for the door handle when someone flew past and grabbed her so fast it was a blur. She screamed and Devlin ran over an stopped in his tracks. A Muerte had Hayden by the throat. DO NOT COME ANY CLOSER!!! I  WILL RIP HER  THROAT OUT BEFORE YOU EVEN TAKE ANOTHER STEP!!!!! The creature roared. Devlin held his hands up in surrender. PLEASE! Don't hurt her! I Will do whatever you want! Devlin said pleading with him. Xavier came up next to Devlin an his eyes were glowing silver. He could hear Attica chanting softly. The creature couldn't hear her over Haydens panicked cries. LET HER GO!!!!!! Xavier growled loudly. Devlin just had to stall the thing long enough for Attica to complete her spell. He assumed that's what she was doing....hoping even. I WILL NOT!!!! ALL OF YOU WILL BE DEAD AFTER I GET WHAT I SEEK!!! The creature bellowed. WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!!! Devlin roared. AXEL!!!! STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!!!! Attica demanded moving a little closer to Axel. Take me! I'm the one you want dead, these people have nothing to do with it! She said moving closer an closer to him. I WILL TEAR HER THROAT OPEN!!!!! DO NOT COME ANY CLOSER!!!! He bellowed again. Hayden cried out when his long claws punctured her neck and blood started running down her neck to her collarbone. Attica was close enough to grab him, why wasnt she doing anything? Devlin thought to himself. Axel! Look at me!!!!! Attica said and took a few more steps. You don't want her! You want me an Simone! I know where Simone is..... We will GO with you! She is here! Attica was close enough to go through with her plan. Just please let her go. She demanded. She had to reach out with her mind to Hayden's so Axel wouldn't hear her. 

 Hayden if you can hear me....close your eyes. 

Hayden closed her eyes.

Good ....keep them closed... On the count of 3 hold your breath...after you feel him release you........ run. Do not take a breath until you are away from him. Open an close your eyes of you understand. ...........

Hayden opened her eyes then closed them.

Threeeeee!!!!!!! Attica blew her magic powder in Axel's face an he released his hold on Hayden. 

Devlin flashed over an grabbed Hayden an took her over by Xavier. Axel was still holding his eyes while Attica was chanting. Suempre Demo Callista Estqe Muerte Selinco Deos Los! she chanted loudly. Axel stopped holding his eyes an stood up with a blank expression. 

Attica turned to Devlin. He's all yours! Make that Mother Fucker suffer! she said walking over to Hayden an taking her into a big embrace. I'm so glad you trust me. That would have never worked if you didnt. she said pulling away to look at her neck where Axel put his claws through her. I'm so sorry for this. I will leave. I never wanted to put you guys at risk. She said sadly. No! We don't want you to leave! You are family now! Do you hear me! Hayden said with tears in her eyes. I don't blame any of this on you. You told us when you showed up someone was after your daughter..... We knew this day would come. Its taken care of now.... Thanks to you Attica. Devlin is taking him out now. We can move on with our lives! No more threats... I want you an Simone apart of it . Please dont go. Hayden said hugging her. Charlie came up behind them an put her arms around both of them. Yeah we want you to stay. 

Attica just nodded. That was answer enough. They all turned and watched Devlin and Xavier torture Axel then Devlin slammed his fist through Axel's chest and ripped his heart out.
