The next morning Tia woke up on top of Anthony. He was still snoring. She looked around and realized she was in the middle of a field. She stood up an realized she was completely naked. She looked around an she had no idea where she was.

Anthony opened his eyes an smiled. Hey Gorgeous. You are looking beautiful. What is it? He said an sat up. 

Oh........ Nothing... We are just in the middle of a field in our birthday suits. She laughed. Where are my clothes..... And yours? She asked. 

Well babe. You didn't take yours off before you shifted so they are probably ripped to shreds where you shifted last night. He said with a huge smile on his face. He stood up an put his arms around her. You know you were amazing lastnight. I've never seen a wolf so fast an vicious before. Your eyes were glowing this bright bright. Brighter than I've ever seen a wolves eyes glow before.... Yellow. Your wolf eyes are beautiful. I've never seen a hybrid before but ........ Damn..... You are Awesome! I couldn't keep up. 

Really? I would love to see a picture of my wolf. I know I feel really powerful an strong. But I do know one thing......... I'm starving for food an blood. I haven't eaten food in 80 years. But I am craving steak an your blood smells quite good right now. Can. I. feed .from. you? She asked kissing him with every word.

Attica felt amazing. When her an Damon woke up in the woods next to Tyler an Simone. She felt better than she had even felt in her entire life. Strong, healthy and refreshed. They all gathered their clothes an went back to the house. They were all at the table eating breakfast when Tia an Anthony walked in. 

What are you guys eating? Tia asked strolling over to the table quickly. Attica looked at Anthony with confusion. 

She wants to eat real food. Anthony smiled. She hasn't eaten it in 80 years. She wants steak. 

Well I put some in the refrigerator..... You guys are welcome to them. Attica said an took a bite of bacon. We are eating bacon, eggs, sausage an biscuits. Your welcome to that too. There is plenty over there in the stove. 

I think I will try what you guys are eating. It smells amazing and I'm starving. We can try steak later. Tia said grabbing a plate an walking to the stove to fill it. Are you going to eat Anthony? 

You know it! After a shift an a run an a few extra activities....... I need to eat. Anthony said joining her at the stove with a plate in his hand. Anyone seen Xavier nd Charlie? 

Yep..... We seen them right before we came into the house. They were with Devlin and Hayden. It looked like they were walking back home. I think the vampires stayed with them all night on the run. Simone said. 

I know .....I seen Hayden an Devlin running with them last night. They are fast. Faster than a werewolf! Tyler said with a mouthful of food. 

Babe! Please don't talk with your mouth full of food! That's gross! Simone nagged at him. 

Sorry babe!! .... You know how hungry I was. Shifting takes a lot out of me.. You should know that now. Weren't you starved when you woke up! Tyler asked with his eyebrows furrowed.

Sexton an Taydem walked in the backdoor covered in mud. Attica laughed. 

What happened to you guys?!? Anthony exclaimed. 

We woke up in a mud hole. Taydem announced pulling mud out of her long highlighted hair an throwing it out the back door. I've never been so dirty an hungry in my entire life! I'll have to admit...... I feel amazing though! 

Get you a plate an eat! Then you guys can shower! I made breakfast for everyone. There is plenty. Attica explained. I know we have a lot of people to feed until all the houses are built. About that time Lee an Bree walked in. They both had smiles on their faces.

Soon the whole table was full. Everyone ate an talked about how amazing they all felt an how much fun it was to shift an run through the woods. After that every one took turns showering an got dressed. 

Xavier an Charlie finished eating breakfast an got dressed for the day in their comfortable clothing. Devlin an Hayden came out of the bedroom. 

What's the plan? Xavier asked. What's on the agenda for today? Wanna head to Attica's an get every one over there to train an practice the spell. Maybe see if Tia will actually look an smell like Hayden. 

That's a good plan. We will do that. Devlin said with a yawn. Sorry, didn't sleep very good in the woods. I'll get it together in a minute. 

Yeah, I'm pretty tired as well. But. We don't have time to be tired. We have to master this plan or I'm dead. Hayden said sadly. I don't want that demon to raise our baby to be a weapon. I will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn't happen! Hayden said with her eyes glowing green.

Hayden, I think maybe we should all have a needle with your blood in it. Just in case something goes sideways. One of us will put it through that bastards heart! Charlie said with anger. 

She is onto something! Maybe we don't have to let Tia be taken! We can all arm ourselves with Hayden's blood. We can put it on the bullets or the arrows. Anything that could penetrate his heart! Xavier said with excitement. 

He told me he would kill everyone I love! I will not let that happen! Hayden yelled. If we attack him he will slaughter everyone! 

Calm down! No One is going to die! There has to be something in a book about this Demon or Dark Lord. We have to do some research on him. What about all those books at the packhouse? I know you said they were ledgers an journals about the pack but maybe someone in the Pack has encountered him over the years. Maybe the elders would know something? Charlie asked. At the pack house every one was gathered in the front room. It was the only room big enough to hold 30 people.

We need to know as much as we can about this prick. Lee, Sexton, take your mates an get the phone book we keep on the desk. I need you guys to call all of the elders an find out if they know anything about this Demon. He calls himself the Dark Lord. He is a demon mixed with every creature known to man. The rest of you, I need you to go to the pharmacy an the gun stores. I need more ammo, high powered guns, an a few bows with hollow arrow tips. The pharmacy... I need you guys to pick up needles with the thickest needle you can find. It has to be able to penetrate this assholes heart. Please we only have a day to get ready. We need to make today count. We are all sleeping in this house tonight as well. No one goes home tonight. It's not safe. Xavier explained everyone's job description for today except for Attica an Simone an Tia.

We need to practice the spell to see if it's going to work. Also we need enough of Hayden's blood to make 30 needles. Everyone will have one. We aren't going to take any chances. Xavier explained.

No, we need to go over there an do this, I don't want every one to see it until it's time. I don't want them to know which one is Hayden an which one is Tia. You know just incase. You never know when someone will switch to the other side. I'm not saying it will happen or anyone will go to the Dark side. I'm just saying , you never know.

Down in the basement room Attica and Simone worked on the potion while Xavier, Devlin, Hayden, Charlie an Tia watched a movie on the big TV screen in the mini theatre area right across from them. Attica looked over at them an shook her head. 

Sure! Let us do all the work while you guys have relaxation time! Attica exclaimed an laughed. 

Hey we are doing research! We are watching Angels an Demons! Xavier exclaimed with a big smile. Although.... I don't think it's telling us much. They just chop the demons head off in this movie! I wish that would work! That seems easy enough!.

Yeah if it were only that easy! Charlie said thinking about it. What if we cut his head off, then while his head is lying there, we can shove the needle through his heart! Charlie said sitting up straight an turning her body towards Xavier. 

That could possibly work. That's if we could get close enough to cut his head off. We don't know anything about him yet. We don't know if he has magic or if he could kill us with a touch.... We need to find out more about him first. We have to know exactly what we are dealing with. Xavier said pulling her against him. I do know one thing though. He isn't going to hurt any of us. I will die before I let that happen. Attica could you put a protection spell on each of us? Xavier asked. 

Yeah, it would take a while. We would have to start right after this. I could possibly do 10 people at a time. So maybe a few hours. Attica replied crushing some herbs to mix into the doppelganger potion. 

When Attica an Simone was finished with the potion Attica told Tia an Hayden to come over. I made this one to last only a few minutes. The other one will be much stronger. It will be made to last a week. That way he will never suspect if he does have to "capture" you. I will also make a antidote. That way when you do get back after he takes you to where ever he takes you... You can turn into yourself. Attica explained. Hayden I only need one more thing. Can you please prick your finger an add a drop of your blood to each potion. 

Sure. Hayden walked over an picked up the sewing needle. She pushed it into the top of her index finger. She squeezed the end of her finger until blood dropped into each glass. The potion sizzled. 

Ok ...it's ready. You guys need to drink it quickly at the same time. Xavier.... Devlin, you will only have a few minutes to look them over. Now please turn away from them. I want you guys to see if you can tell the difference when you turn back around. Xavier an Devlin faced away from them. Charlie watched with excitement. Hayden and Tia picked up the potions an looked at each other.

Yeah. Tia said. 

They turned up the glass and drank every drop. They stood there for a second staring at each other.

I don't feel anything. Hayden said an looked with amazement as she watched Tia's hair grow long. Her face started to change an Hayden gasped. 

A second later it looked like she was staring into a mirror. She walked around Tia examining every inch. Wow. It's me! 

Okay girls stand side by side. Attica said. Don't say anything. Okay guys turn around. Attica told Xavier an Devlin. 

Xavier an Devlin spun around an looked amazed. They walked over to the two Hayden's. They inspected each of them. 

Say something. Both of you. Devlin requested. Both Hayden's looked over at Attica an she nodded. 

Hello guys. Both of them said. Devlin smelled each of them. Then Xavier did as well.

I can, but only because of the perfume. Devlin said an walked up to Hayden an kissed her. Hayden laughed. You are cheating. What if you would have kissed her. Hayden asked with a smile. 

I only knew it was you because I bought that perfume for you. That's the only reason. Attica this is amazing! If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have known who was who. Devlin pointed out.

It's called a doppelganger potion for a reason. It makes it impossible to tell which one is the real Hayden. Attica explained. 

Tia stated to turn back into herself. Xavier's phone started to ring just as she finished changing. Xavier answered on the first ring. 

What's up Beta? Xavier asked. 

Hunter spoke with a Elder that knows about the Dark Lord. He is on his way over. His name is Jordan. He said he will be here in 10 minutes. Derrick told Xavier.

Attica can you grab the supplies you will need for our protection spells an then bring them to the pack house. Bring everything you will need for that an the doppelganger spell an pack a bag for you an Damon. Everyone is staying at the pack house tonight. Good thing we have over 18 bedrooms in that house. Xavier walked in the front room with everyone still following. Everyone still had books out. Some of the pages had markers in them.

Yes, all the pages with the bookmarks in them.... Some mention Dark Lord, others mention a creature they never encountered before but smelled like demon, vampire, an wolf. So we thought that was worth marking. Bran said with Paisley beside him reading.
