Behind the Mask

She was walking alone when she heard a peculiar sound. She follows the sound just to find a man bleeding in the dark alley. "Oh my god, what happened to you?" The man didn't say anything, he closed his eyes, but she knows he's still breathing. She was about to call an ambulance when the man stopped her. "Go away and forget everything" he said. "What?" "Go away" "You are bleeding!" "I said go away and forget everything or you won't see tomorrow" He aimed his gun at her. She looked at the gun and then looked at him. "Leave. Now" She ran away, she looked back and found a car and a bunch of men helped him. Three years later, it was Aubrey last year before she graduated and started her new life. She had a dream to own a boutique and live her best life. After graduation she started her business from her apartment and after a year she managed to buy an old cafe and turn it into a beautiful boutique, called Carnation boutique. Five years ago, negotiations that should have been peaceful turned into a gunfight. The Lennox was outnumbered, so they ran away. Bertrand was running for his life when he got shot. He still manages to run far enough before a girl approaches him and wants to help him, but he doesn't want to. He forced her to leave by aiming a gun at her. He can see a glimpse of scarred in her brown eyes before she gets up and leaves.
