A WEREWOLF'S IDENTIFY.

CHAPTER 1 River:"Oh my goodness, baby she is so beautiful,"She said as tears run down her face. Wolf:"yes,she really does have your eyes." That was the conversation my parents say they had the day I was born.They also said I got so many guests and gifts,I was said to be a gifted child but for some reason I didn't really know what my gift was.At the age of two my grandma, granny Rainbow my mother's mother and aunty Sage picked me up and said I was going to stay with them for a month or two because my parents where leaving the country for a business trip.Which I did,I stayed with them for 2 months close to three months before my parents came back.My parents and I moved a lot due the jobs they had, because of that I didn't really have friends or go to school but I was home schooled and my grand parents would visit us oftenly.But when I turned six years,my parents called me and said "Aura, sweetie we will be moving to another house but in a different state".It was already bad that we were moving again but this time far away from our relatives,I almost cried when my mom said"but this time we will never move out of our new home,we will stay there for a very long time and you can finally make some friends when you grow older."Well I was sad that I was leaving my grandparents and other relatives behind but I was glad this was the last moving we were doing and we will not be moving for a while.A week before we were supposed to move,my parents get a call and had to attend an important trip at work but promised to be back before the moving day.Three days later,my parents sent word telling my grandparents to help them move, that they were held up and the trip would take longer than they expected.My grandma Rainbow, granny Bow as we all call her did help my parents to move our stuff but ofcourse I stayed with her until they came back from the trip.Two weeks later, granny Bow and I were playing outside in the backyard when Aunty Sage came in shouting"Mom,Aura come quick."Naturally we rushed into the house to check what was going on,we walked into the house and it was them, my parents.I ran into their arm crying "daddy, mommy I missed."We missed you too sweetie and we promise never to leave you ever again."Now that I think of it I never really knew my parents jobs back then but I was just a little child and wasn't really bothered about things like that.We stayed at my grandparents house for a week then later moved to our house in a different state.We settled in,my parents spent time with me more often.The community we moved in was a peaceful and nice community,most of our neighbors talked to my parents as though they knew them,it was very comforting and welcoming.Within a week of moving my parents get me a nanny and servants.A day later my mom call me in the living room and says"Aura sweetie this is Ms Lanny Wolfe,she will be your teacher.She will come here on a daily basis to teach you from home."I thought to myself"maybe it's because it's the middle of a school,I will definitely be enrolled next year".I politely shook my head showing her that I was agreeing and understood what she said.Miss Lanny turned at me and said"hi Aura, how are you?" "Am fine thank you Ms Lanny, how are you?" "Am good thanks."Ms Lanny Wolfe looked at my mom and said"so Mrs Fing when do we start the lesson","you can begin next for now let her rest"mother replied,she later turned to me and said "you can go back upstairs now".So I quietly walk to my room and continued what I was doing,but I couldn't concentrate so I sat by my window and watched everything from there I saw kids running around playing laughing having fun,I watched birds and dogs,I saw cats and so many things from my window,I couldn't help but smile and giggle a little.After almost ten minutes of watching what was happening,I saw my mom and Ms Lanny walking to her car,they stood outside for a while and talked about what I assumed grown up stuff.My nanny walked in and she said "bath time Aura."I loved bath time with nanny Sue,she sang to me she read to she even let me in in the gossip among the stuff.So Monday came around and Ms Lanny was at our door step at exactly 8:30 in the morning, one of our maids let her in and led her to the room where all the learning was going to be taking place.I walked into the room and she looked at me with a smile on her face and she said "hello Aura good morning, how are you, hope you slept well?" I smiled at her and answered"good morning Ms Lanny,am good thanks how are you?l slept well thanks." "Am fine,shall we begin?" I nodded my head. We started the day with math and ended with science. I was so worried l wasn't going to like her or the lessons but I ended up loving her, she was so friendly and so calm,l loved when she laughed. So for a few weeks we continued with the lessons and I was doing great better than when my parents taught me, funny ain't it.As usual Ms Lanny and I would get snacks while we were taking our 15 minutes break,my nanny walked in dropped all the snacks and she looked at me and she said "I know you will want your favorite snacks at your birthday party and I will make them extra sweet." Ms Lanny looked at me and said "Aura is your birthday coming up soon and why didn't you say anything?" Before I could respond my nanny excited replied"yes it is and she really wanted to celebrate it with a couple of friends,l bet she didn't say anything because she is a shy little kid." I was almost sinking into the ground I didn't have no friends what was she talking about,after making me uncomfortable she walked out of the room like nothing happened, like she just didn't ruin my life,am only joking. Ms Lanny looked at me and she said "so Aura how many friends are you going to have come over for your birthday party?" I was quite hesitant because I didn't have any friends,so I looked at her and said "well Ms Lanny, you see I don't really have friends, well I haven't made friends yet and I was hoping to make some friends when we finally moved to this state because I thought I was finally going to be enrolled in school,but instead I was told I was going to be home schooled again,soooooo yeah." I could see she felt some sort of sympathy for me but I quickly changed the topic,"hey remember that little cat we saw yesterday ?" She laughed so hard and said "yeah I do." So our break ended and we continued with our lessons. Later that day before she left,she hugged me and whispered in my ear"you are the most polite kid I have ever met" and she left. Later that night after dinner,my parents asked to talk to me am I said,sure. My mom started first "Sweety what theme would you like your birthday party to have this year?" I had to take a deep breathe in before I could find the courage to open my mouth and say(not that I was terrified of my parents, it's just that I never said no to what they asked)"actually, I don't want a birthday party this year and I was hoping not to get one." My dad later asked "then what does my little wolf want?" "Well...... Can I just be taken out for ice cream and maybe a picnic and then the beach?" To my outmost surprise, my parents agreed. Wow this state must have super powers,not only do my parents stay home and pay more attention to me, I also kind of have my own say ,l was loving this. The next day, l wake up at 7 as usual to prepare for class,as I was dressing up when I heard a knock on the door "come in." It was my mom, she came to tell me something "sweetie,Ms Lanny just called, she is too sick to come in today and I decided to give her the rest of the days as her off days, you get your pre birthday rest and she get ... Well rest." I was sad she was sick but I was even more sad l wasn't going to see her not until after my birthday. But I had my parents and our super nice servants especially my nanny. I spent the day lazing around, my mom offered to fix my hair and I agreed. As she was fixing my hair she told all sorts of stories of how her and aunty Sage were so mischievous,I laughed so hard my belly started to ache , I just loved spending time with my mom. A few minutes later daddy came back home, I rushed to the door to greet him ,we had a little hand shake that we did. Mom asked him to go upstairs and freshen up. I went to room and continued to play tea party, he knocked on the door and said "ma'am, may I come in", I laughed and said "yes sir. " He played tea party with me and the day went from a zero to a hundred very quickly. CHAPTER 2 "My birthday is tomorrow, it's finally here." That's me letting my nanny know, like she had no clue. She laughed so hard and said "wow, that's very weird, I could swear it was next weekend." Yeah she used sarcasm on me,so funny. "Hey Aura, is your teacher,Ms Lanny nice, I mean is she a good person." My nanny asked,"not only is she nice and easy to talk to,she is also a model" I replied." What do you mean?" I could see she was ready to laugh."Well what I mean is, she is tall,slim and her hair is so long and silky looking and let me not get started with her smile and that dimple she has on one cheek." " She really is beautiful huh." I stared at her and said "yes, yes she is." For some reason we both thought that was funny and we burst into laughter.Fast forward to my birthday, I wake up to the sight of my parents standing next to my bed with my favorite cake ,red velvet covered in chocolate and sprinkles, yeah I had a really sweet tooth as a kid I mean I still have it but not as much as I did as a kid. They sang happy birthday to me and they said "it's time to make a wish, blow out the candle." I blew out the candle and made my wish. I got the most princess treatment ever that day, I mean I always feel like a special little kid but my birthday that year ,it was quite magical. Everything was done by my mom and my dad. I had bath time with mom she dressed me up in a pretty purple sparkly dress that daddy got for me. I had dessert for breakfast, something that has never happened and I was so sure it was going to be the last time it happened. I was thinking we were going to have ice cream and then present opening but instead we had a picnic at the beach, honestly I thought I owned the world and that time. At around one in the afternoon,my dad received a call and we had to cut our picnic short, I was definitely upset but then I thought it must be a really serious situation, for my parents attention to be requested and fast. We packed up and got into the car, I couldn't help but feel some overwhelming shadow of sadness as we left the beach. My mom looked over at me and held my hand the entire ride home. And everyone was so quiet that made me feel even more sad and to be honest I was also a little mad but I had no choice but to end my day, my birthday that way. We got to the house, the gate was opened for us and we entered the yard. Whenever we get back from wherever we went, usually the maids help us carry or laugage or groceries whatever we came back with, surprisingly this time not one maid came out to help,"ok, " I thought to myself. I was reaching for the car trunk before my mom shouted "honey, no don't worry about that daddy and I will take care of it." I looked at my dad and her nodded his head with a smile on his face. I walked to the door and well I was a little too short to reach the door knob, since my parents thought it would be a great idea to have gigantic doors, yes it annoyed me most of the time. My dad came speed walking to the door, opened the door for me and said "sorry honey." I looked inside the house and it was so dark. I look at dad and said "dad, what is going on?" He replied "oh yeah, that's why we are back home so early, I was told the entire lights in the house are busted. Don't worry am right behind you." He saw that I was a little hesitant to walk in. I took a deep breathe and put one foot in and then the next, barely five steps in, the lights in the house just switched themselves on and I heard people shout" happy birthday Aura." I was so scared I closed my but when I slowly opened them, I saw my nanny,our servants,my parents friends and a bunch of kids I have never seen in my inter life."A surprise party for me!!!!!!" Yes I said that out loud it actually makes me laugh each time that story is told. In less than a second I had so many people surrounding me wanting to touch me and talk to me, it was quite nerve wreaking considering I didn't know more than half of the guest. But then I heard a voice say "hey..... That's enough give her some space." Yeah I would recognize that voice anywhere. "Ms Lanny?" "Hi Aura , happy birthday princess." She said as she knelt down close to me. I threw my arms around her neck and gave her a tight hug."I was told you were so sick and couldn't come to teach me or even see me on my birth..." "Shhhhhhh, you talk too much." I giggled and she laughed. "Come I want you to meet someone" she said to me and held my hand, we stopped at a little table with a kid .y age dancing around. "Hi auntie." The little girl said while looking at Ms Lanny. "Linda, this is Aura. The girl I told you about" "oh yeah, hi Aura my name is Linda," she said. " Hello Linda,my name is Aura." I said to her. " Linda is my niece and I thought you guys would like to know each other ok bye." She said as she walked away. I was very nervous but also so excited, I have never made a friend before. I didn't know to say, to act. I didn't know if I should talk or not. "Oooh I love this, do you want to dance with me?" And before I could answer she pulled me close to her and before I knew we were dancing around laughing really really hard. She showed so many dances I had never seen ever. I was having so much fun I didn't realize my parents or nanny were not anywhere near me. We got tired and we went to our seats while laughing, my stomach was hurting from having to laugh so much but I didn't mind it one bit. We started talking and I got to find out a lot about her, which some were, her favorite color which is blue she too was 10 years just like me, her favorite food pizza that made the two of us, and she too was a fifth grade. I asked if she was home schooled and her too was waiting for the right age and right time to attend a real school but she replied "no I have been attending real school for as long as I can remember." Well that made me feel left out on all the fun things happening. She told me all about school,her friends , her teachers and she tried so hard to describe her school structure without confusing me, well that didn't happen and we just laughed about it."Hey maybe one day I can visit your school." I said. "That would be really cool." Linda replied. I noticed how almost every kid present at my party said hi to Linda everytime we came across one."Do you know everyone here?" I asked her "No ,why do you ask, do you want anything?" She responded." No I don't, it's just that you are saying hi to almost everyone of them." I said "Oh that, that's because they are my friends,so I get to say hi to them." She said. "I wish I had a friend to say hi to." I said in a low tone " Well now you do because we are friends now, so hi." She said with a smile on her face. "Hi" I responded, we looked at each other for a long time and burst in laughter. Just then Ms Lanny announced "may the birthday girl to upfront for the cake cutting please." Well I was so nervous cause everyone's eyes were now on me." Don't worry I will walk to the front with you." Linda said as she held my hand. We made our way to the front. "It's time to sing to our birthday girl now" Ms Lanny said. And everyone literally everyone was opening there mouths to sing happy birthday to me." Make a wish." Everyone shouted . I blew out the candle and I was told to choose someone to help me cut the cake, so I chose my new friend, my only friend actually, Linda. We cut the cake together and everyone had a piece we had a few more games and the day ended the best birthday ever ended. Everyone else left but Ms Lanny was still talking to my parents so I had a few more minutes with Linda , Ms Lanny and my parents talk ended and she came over when we stood hugged me and said "l hope you enjoyed your birthday and I see you had fun." "Yes I did thank you so much I appreciate you." I said . Linda hugged me very tight and said "happy birthday to you my friend I will miss you but I hope to see you soon." "I will miss you too and I too hope to see you soon." "C'mon Linda let's go it's getting late, by Aura see you on Monday." "Bye Ms Lanny,bye Linda." "Bye"they both responded. Everything was finally over, I was on bed my parents were tucking me in and they said "Hope you had fun. What was your favorite part of today." " I did have fun,my favorite part was making a friend." I said "A friend? Tell us all about this friend." They said." Ok so her name is Linda, she is Ms Lanny's niece. She is my age mate and she is so loud and very fun, funny and bubbly." I said "How is her appearance?" My mom asked." Well she is my height, she has a dark chocolate skin complexion, she has short black hair and round big blue eyes just like Ms Lanny and I." I responded. "We are glad to hear that you had a great time and that our little girl has made a friend." My dad said." Ok hunny it's time to rest we all had a tiresome day, goodnight princess." "Goodnight mommy, goodnight daddy."
