Draven's POV
The Alternos wolves attacked from every direction.
I could fight them easily, but Naira was injured. I had to get her out of here.
"We'll kill this group first," Obsidian growled. "Then we'll take Naira back to the pack immediately."
We started cutting them down one after another. They were enchanted by fog magic, making them far stronger than ordinary rogues.
Obsidian suddenly froze when Naira screamed, "Draaaven! Help me!"
He spun toward her instantly. An Alternos wolf had emerged from behind the tree she was leaning against.
A heartbeat later, Obsidian was already there. He tore the wolf clean in half.
We turned back to the rest, and the battle continued. I killed dozens of them...
But they just kept coming. No matter how many fell, more appeared.
