Alice’s Pov At night when all was still and all the visitors had left the hospital room, I finally noticed Sab’s tired expression, “sleep for a bit if you keep your eyes open like this,you will tire yourself  out before the baby is born “Alice’s heart aches as she spoke to Sabastian “am not that delicate my queen” “I want to be the first to lay eyes on my child as soon as she is born “ Sabastian rubbed the back of Alice’s hand against his cheek “ plus , i've noticed that you’ve been having labor pains,but I haven’t been able to do anything for you every time I think about this I feel slightly guilty and can't sleep “am more than willy to do it Sab am doing for the person I love the most I don’t see anything wrong about it for I love you very much.’’ Alice replied affectionately , come up and sleep with me for a while” ‘’NO AM AFRAID OF HURTING YOU AND THE BABY’’Alice could not contain her tears as she smiled and just nodded her head towards Sab. I am blessed to have someone like you Sab I mean despite everything we are going through you still stand by me, but Sab I have a bad feeling if I don’t give birth to a boy this time around your mother will have my head for breakfast I feel so bad I want to give you an heir SAB I really want to give you a reason to smile I know your happy Sab but your stressed out because of all the happenings in the family right and am so proud of you for staying  strong for our girls and I, I can't just heart you less Sabastian mom’s pov Honey don’t you think we need to at the hospital with Alice I mean she needs us right now and am very positive this time I will have a handsome grandson, I  smiles  as I  sets gifts for the baby “and what if it’s a girl like the first one ?’’ l heard my husband say ‘’ it can't be honey I gave her this time and I know it’s a boy if not Sabastian will be taking a new wife I can't tolerate another girl, just take a good look at me I gave you a son just on my first try and I expect her to do same, I promised your mom and my dad not to let this company crumble and I will do everything to keep it we are not the richest just by name its because we do everything to increase and preserve what we got .   Meanwhile at  the hospital Alice had not given birth yet and her room was tightly guarded despite been a public figure Sabastian does not joke about his wife and his baby girl Aviana and his unborn baby, normally when a pregnancy exceeds more than two weeks of its expected date the baby and mother will be in danger , the doctor knew this so he called for Sabastian in his office when Alice was fast asleep to explain the dangers which awaits the mother and child if labour is not induced, “ we should prepare drugs to induce labor , otherwise the baby will be in more danger the longer we prolong the pregnancy.After hearing all this Sabastian was in lost of words and if God will give the privilege of choosing who will survive he will choose his wife without thinking twice even if the baby is a boy or girl his wife comes first,if only he knew Alice would be put in so much danger and would experience so much pain he would never have wanted the second child   to begin with nor will he be in this situation where al his thoughts and concern are placed on Alice and their baby for him Aviana was already enough, the time seems to past so slow but finally it was morning and after a series of test Alice was induced Sabastian refused leaving her alone this was too heartwarming as the doctors and nurses watch in admiration, ALICE’S POV The moment the pain  arrive  I felt my  body stiffen and her lungs  tighten as breathing became difficult ,outside the delivery room everyone waited patiently for the heir { so they thought}  “Alice keep pushing I can see the baby's head” the doctor told me as much as I try to stay strong I could not hold back my tears , I had to plead with doctor to take my husband I really did not want him to see me in such a stage it will make him bad and guilty so it was best he steps out of the delivery room.After Sab left a wave of pain struck me the pain was so intense that I thought I was going to faint ,Oh my God Sab I can't hold on please, doctor please help me ,it's too painful the pain is too much I can't hold on much longer  General pov Meanwhile outside the delivery room  everyone could see the torture and pain Sabastian was going through. A moment later a nurse walks out of the delivery room clasped MR SEBASTIAN, “are you MRS ALICE SEBASTIAN FAMILY MEMBER? Yes I am, how is she doing? Can I go in and see her “yes you may” as soon as the nurse spoke,sabastian rushed inside the delivery room seeing Alice covered in sweat he immediately approached her and held her hands “its ok it's all over” Alice Could  not hold back her tears as they flowed uncontrollably from her eyes. Because just a moment again she had a bet with the nurse the majority of husbands puts the attention on the baby and neglecting their wives after the put to birth only a small portion of men do check up on their wivies first before checking up on the baby, they were even cases where the husband left the wife for a couple of days and go drink with his friends.but Alice was confident that her husband will not be like that in sabs heart she knew she will always be his first priority she had faith in her man and knew she could even gamble with her life on such issues for she was aware sab won't and will never let her down so this mad the midwives,doctors with the nurses to admire the bound this two had but like always not everyone was happy sabs mother was dying of anger and she had made up her mind to marry a second wife for sab wither he liked it or not she won't be buying the fact of alice getting pregnant again it might just turn out to be one of this her girls she was not ready to take chances and aside her and her husband the rest of the family were celebrating the newest princess in town sab had not yet set eyes on his baby because he was to busy making sure his wife is perfectly fine  “have you seen our child?” ALICE ASKED chaptwer
