Chapter 5Cole Quick flashback over that Saturday. Up at my usual time, six o’clock, to stretch and use the foam roller and stretch some more, then jog a couple of miles. Back at home to shower, stretch again, address any hot spots. Then green tea, two cups with a splash of milk and a touch of raw honey from someplace called Ojai. One of the production assistants on my current show gave it to me and told me how to pronounce it. Since work never stops for self-employed people, I spent a couple hours every Saturday working my contacts. A couple more hours on personal business and correspondence.
