Reforging the Split Realms

Prelude

Over 2 thousand years ago, the Titans escaped Tartarus and revealed that the supernatural world the Humans had long forgotten them was exposed. The escape of the Titans had lead to the Greatest War ever seen, and it drove every race to the brink of extinction before it was ended. The details could fill several books, but it simply came down to it had to end if any of the Races were to survive.

It took 7 brave leaders to find a way to peace, and when they did they ensured that it would last. They split the realm into 7, and each of the supernatural races claimed one of them. Each of the Races could choose how much they dealt with the other Races.

The Dragons and the Dwarves refused contact with everyone, and had sealed the passageways to all but their own people. They could come out to the common realm of them, but only a Dwarf could enter. Most of the other Races resisted the urge to mingle as well, as rarely did good ever come of an encounter between the different supernatural species.

The day they had fractured the Realm, Selene had delivered them a message. There would come a day when the Unifer was born, and that child would heal the Realms.

During that time she had schemed and plotted as to how to unify the Races. Only a being that encapsulated each of them would be able.to unite them all. One who was equal parts of the Seven Realms. The humans were the key, as they could take on the Gene's of the supernatural Races, yet rarely gained their powers. All of them had prayed to her at one time or another, and she considered each kf the 7 races her Children.

It took her nearly 2300 years to create the perfect carrier to execute her Prophecy. She was raised Human, in the Royal Pack. Selene liked this child, as her plans had finally come to fruition. Her father was half Dragon, and the mother if she had cared, would find that through her family history, they had mated with the other 6 Races that made up the realms.

Hybrids between the Supernatural Races were rare, the genetic powers to powerful for the body to contain.

The moment she was born Selene appeared in a vision to the few priests that still prayed to her. 'The time is nigh, she has been born. The Unifier shall rise, and only she will have the power to unite the realms. 20 years she shall grow, and when she blossoms and shall tremble. With might to conquer, compassion to heal, unification or death.' she told them all.

All of her priests knew that of what she said was accurate, their ways of lives were about to change. They had 20 years, and the Wolves, Dragons and Elves who had any warning.
