Maxten's POV
It's been a week, and I can already see a difference in Lyla. She hadn't really gained any weight, but I made sure she was eating something three times a day. They might be the smallest meals ever, but it was more than she was before and the dark circles under her eyes were gone and, honestly this is the best she has looked since she came here.
"What are you daydreaming about?" Caleb asked. I wasn't even sure where he came from. I had been in my office alone last time I checked.
"Nothing."
