One week later

"Get my luggage from the boot" Belle ordered the gateman.

"yes madam" he hurriedly locks the gate and opened the boot of the beautiful silver Toyota Camry and brought out Belle's luggage. Closing the boot, he rolled the luggage to the waiting Belle and they both entered into the exotic mansion of Nathaniel omotola in the lush city of Benin.

"Babbbyyy, you are here" Nat drawled happy and give the smiling Belle a hug and a kiss on the lips.

"Yes babe... finally" she said and they both got seated in the feathery couch. She couldn't help but gasp at the exquisiteness of the big house.

"Your place is beautiful" she complimented till awed at how expensive everything were.

"Thank you honey.... Usman take her luggage to the Master bedroom" he ordered the gateman who had been standing with Belle's luggage.

"Yes oga" he nods obediently and rolls the luggage up the stairs.

"Babe how was your flight?" He asked still with a wide smile. He was over joyed to see her here. To him he finally won against he brother, his happiness was restored now in the form of Bella. After the property was shared, he still couldn't find peace because Belle was still not his.... Assured by Belle, she asked to given a week to arrange things and see her mother. And unfailingly a week later, she is here and his alone now.

Belle smiled and drew closer to him, "it was wonderful, the first class services was top notch, thank you so much" she gave him a hug to complement her words. She was still surprised how somewhat easy it was to complete the first set of her mission. Should that be among the power of love or rather a woman? Either way she looked forward to getting this one over with too.

He placed a kiss on her forehead. "You hungry? The cook could fix you something real quick"

"No, not really, I ate before I came....you know how mothers can be, before I left the village, she made sure to stuff my stomach with food... according to her I was getting thin" she laughed lightly, it was slightly true except......

Nat laughed too, able to relate a few past experiences. It was pretty sad that due to all this, his mother was not in good terms with him, he was also disappointed, his mother didn't support him but rather took sides with David, as she always do... He had sometimes noticed that she loved David more than him... He was her favorite.

"Why is your mom in the village? Why not bring her to the city? She needs care" he advised. He remembers his fair share of the village life he received while he was younger, he disliked it and wouldn't want anybody he considers a love one stay there.

"If only she would hear me. But well she has been in the city with me for a while, she just recently had this interest to go back to the village. So she went. Although villages are now more better than they were years back in terms of development" she rested her head on his chest as she spoke. She could hear the steady beats of his heart. She loved it.

"Well....if you say so. How about I show you around the house?"

"mansion you mean....I could get lost in here..damn" she responded with a laugh.

He laughed along with her and they both stood up and with holding hands.

"Hey babe, I am leaving for work" David said arranging himself.

Bella got up from the king sized bed and planted a kiss on his neck. Both standing by the mirror, she adjusted his tie and suit, "alright, when will you be back?"

"Uhmm..... 5pm maybe, he tried calculating, i have a client over and i have to talk to the workers and decided on how to find a replacement for Nathaniel" he said carrying his briefcase. He was slowly get used to the fact that Nat was now an enemy and no longer his younger brother. Even though he still got the ultimate cause of envy- Bella, he couldn't find it in him to make peace with him. As far as he knows Nat might want to steal Bella from him even if she clearly loves him and chose him. He must be wallowing in pain now over his loss.

"Okay, take care" she said placing a one last kiss on his lips. As she proceeded to going back to her sitting position on the bed, David wraps his hands round her waste and pulls her closer to him.

"If only I could, I would want to stay with you all day and claim you as mine all over again" he said huskily staring intently at her eyes.

She blushed and looked away. Damn her emotions, his stare gave her chills and a zoo waged in her stomach. She looks back with a smile and kissed him passionately.

"Quickie?" She suggested... devouring and loving the taste of his lips.

He could only nod as his body trembled to the touch of his lover.

I'm really sorry you guys, I did not update at all throughout February.... my bad..... seriously? February as been hectic for me.... we are back in school and stress load doubled.... our exams are starting this month March on the 15th.... I needed to catch up on my reading last month... I'm taking 9 courses this semester and have to read everything in preparation for the exam in a month. so you see it's not easy.

hopefully this month will be better.... hopefully I update regularly and also try not to fail in my first year in the university.

I really hope you understand.

also no Nigerian fact today.... can't think of anything right now.... lol. I also need to update my other 2 stories so......
