Getting attached

583 Words
Alex As I drove her to the school, the kiss kept playing in my head. She didn't seem to be bothered by it. She probably saw it as a kiss from a dear friend. I will just drop her off and go home for the holiday. "Alex, what are your plans for the day?" Molly asked without looking at me. "Drop you off, go home, sleep, come pick you up. That's all" "Such a boring life. Hand over your phone." I unlocked it and handed it over to her without asking any questions. Whatever she had to do was for the best. Maybe she just wants to read through my messages with other girls. "Okay now the phone is off, mine too, no distractions. Let's go to the park and have a discussion." She said softly still not looking at me. What do I say to her? I am just confused. I have never felt this dumb in my life. She is so pretty and bold. She hardly talks but once she does I am ready to do anything she asks of me. I parked and sat waiting for her to begin since all this was started by her. I have a lot of things to tell her but I don't know where to start from. "Molly, we are here. What is on board for discussion?" "You asked for a chance to know me more yesterday. I am ready to give you that chance, you deserve that. You are the best person I have ever known besides my family. Please don't hurt me. Because I can't stand it." I couldn't believe my ears. She had just kind of accepted my love. She is ready to give us a try. I kept looking at her for a sign of laughter or a funny face to prove maybe this was some kind of joke but none. She was fidgeting with her earrings. Still couldn't look at me. My shy little girl. "Alright, Molly so we are in a more than friends relationship now right?" I asked "More than friends less than lovers." She replied almost immediately. "Let's have some fun." She said and hopped out of the car. The park was empty. We walked for about ten minutes with none of us talking. I was very bored. Seriously, I never felt this nervous in my life. I most definitely will never forgive myself for this dumb behavior. Maybe it's her beauty or that smile. "Alex tell me more about yourself" I looked at her and smiled. She was getting me to talk. That's a good sign. We share our stories then I will know exactly what I want to know about her. " Okay so I grew up with my parents but for some reasons, I was adopted by my current parents at the age of 15" I talked on and on. The conversation just changed course and we talked about everything and nothing. I was enjoying my time with her. I just wish we could be stay here forever. With no one to bother us. She seemed to know every corner of park. "Give me your watch." She said and took off the watch from my wrist. "Stand there don't move." She continues as she walked away. She placed the watch on a bench and came back to me. She held my hands and started running in circles. She was laughing loudly. She was so beautiful. "Molly I love you." I screamed out loud.
