Chapter Two: New Home

We must have looked at several houses. Some for rent and some available to own. So far none of them took to our liking. " We have two more that are for sale on the list " he chuckled at Elizabeth, who so far was being the most stubborn and hormonal female on the planet. " I know I know " she sighed before continuing, " I just really want it to be perfect. " David couldn't help but laugh " At this rate we may just need to settle on what we can find " he spoke as they continued to walk. Elizabeth narrowed her eyes, as if looks could kill. David would surely be dead right now. " Ok " he surrendered, putting his hands up and giving her the map. " Let's go check this one out " she said pointing at the pamphlet before she continued to guide them with the old map. " Are you sure " he asked. " Yes, I have a good feeling about this one. " she smiled. " alright, lead the way beautiful " he chuckled. 

After about an hour of walking they finally arrived at the house. It was an open house so they could just walk right in. " Ola " (Hello) the realtor greeted. " Olá, eu sou Elizabeth. " (Hello, I'm Elizabeth) she introduced as she shoots her hand. " Você fala inglês? " (Do you speak any English?) Elizabeth asked with a smile. " Ah americano, sim, eu faço " (Ah American, Yes, I do). " How can I help your young couple today " she continued. " Ah yes we would like to look around and discuss a price. " Elizabeth smiled. " Ok, well come in come in. My name is Alyssa. I am pleased to meet you " She smiled. " Pleasure, this is David " she introduced him. " Nice to meet you as well " she reached out to shake his hand, but he awkwardly smiled instead. " right well, this way we go " Alyssa waved. 

" This is the main hall, as you can see it needs some minor work as far as paint and dusting. They are four bedrooms, two of which are masters. Two baths, a finished basement and finished attic. This is the kitchen, as you can see it has a nice view of the infamous Christ the redeemer statue. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. " she finished. " Do you mind if we just walk around for a little bit to get a feel of the place " Liz smiled cheerfully. " Of course, make yourselves right at home " she smiled back. 

David and Elizabeth began to wonder the halls. " It’s perfect " she whispered. " Needs some work " David furrowed his brow. " I think with a better attitude and the right mind set we could really turn this place around " she glared crossing her arms. David just observed her then proceeded to take another look around. " I like seeing you like this " he whispered slowly walking towards her as a smile formed and her cheeks turned a rosy red. " Oh yeah " she teased. " Yeah. " he smiled now gripping her ass. " Oh my god " she gaped looking passed them. " We are right by the beach! " she squealed, running towards the back door.

 " Nice moves " Noah chuckled at David. " Oh, hush up " he muttered back. " Hey, you are seriously failing today. " Noah laughed inside his head. " Well, what would you do " David replied rolling his eyes. " How about I take over and you find out " This cannot be good, David thought. " Come on, by the end of today you will have this house and a less hormonal girlfriend. " he chuckled. " Our girlfriend, not just mine. " David corrected. " and Ok, fine. " David took a deep breath as everything him around him went black. He sunk into the back of his mind while Noah took control. " Ah much better " Noah chuckled. " You are annoying " David muttered at the back of his head. " Well I am a part of you so I guess we are annoying " David could only roll his eyes. " Get on it will you. " he muttered. 

Noah walked back to Alyssa while Elizabeth was off exploring the rest of the house. " How much " he spoke. " Well it was 150,000 but considering there are still some things that need fixing. I will go ahead and give you a new price of 115,000. " She smiled. " No one else interested. No higher bidders? " he continued. " No, we have had multiple people including young couples such as yourselves turn it down due to the price and the amount of work that needs done " she frowned. " We will take it " Noah smiled " and I'll give you 125,000 “he continued. " Are you sure, I mean you really don't have to 115,000 is fine " she gasped. " I'm sure, when can we move in? " he smiled. " Well let me just call my boss and draw up some papers and all you too have to due to write the check and sign and it's all yours " she smiled as she quickly rummaged through her purse for her phone. " Thank you " he smiled as he looked back at Elizabeth who was just now returning to the main hall. " So, can we ple- " she paused noticing Noah's dark eyes " Noah " she smirked " what are you up too? " she questioned, crossing her arms and raising a brow in suspicion. " Oh, love don't look at me like that " he rose his hands pretending to be innocent. " He smiled. " Noah " she spoke again. " I got the papers " Alyssa chimed walking back in, while Noah pulled out the check book from Elizabeth's bag. " Wait " Elizabeth's eyes grew wide and a smile formed on her face as she began to Squeal. " Oh my god I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU! " she screamed jumping up and down like an excited child. " I love you too " he chuckled as she jumped into his arms.  

Noah handed the check over and they signed the deed to the house. " Pleasure doing business with you " Alyssa smiled as she walked out the door. " Thank you so much " Elizabeth smiled back. " Your welcome. Have a good day " she spoke as she exited the home. " Now Some furniture. " Elizabeth grinned. " But first " Noah smiled picking her up and squeezing her ass and spinning her around " Time for some fun " he finished nipping playfully at her lip.
