I do not think I have ever been so nervous in my entire life. We are going to see the baby, my baby and more than anything I do not know what to expect. Noah is being extremely possessive right now. Suddenly everything went still. The entire room was so quiet you could hear the echoing my beating heart. Or was it my heart? I stared up instantly realizing that rhythm I was hearing was in fact my child. I stared at the screen in awe. I have never seen anything so precious. “You are thirteen and a half weeks along, your due in august “Erick smiled. “Heartbeat is One-forty-eight beats per minute.” He continued. “I do suggest you let me take blood samples back with me so I can run the standard test if that’s alright. I will also be able to tell you if your having a boy or a girl by the blood work. I will not do the blood draw until the day we leave, so that will be three weeks from now. I will also give you a repeat ultrasound before we go as well. “He smiled. “Thank you so much Erick, you have no idea how much this means to me. “Elizabeth grinned happily. “David “Elizabeth smiled sitting up, as she wiped the jelly off her small belly. “Yes beautiful. “I replied simply. “What are you and Noah talking about “she asked innocently. My eyes widened. She had caught me in a private conversation with my persona. “He says the baby’s going to be a boy “I smiled. “Oh “she smiled, looking down rubbing her tummy. “What else does he think? I mean he hasn’t really said anything about it to me whenever he is here “her face and voice in a more serious tone. “He thinks I’m a wuss “I spoke awkwardly. “Why is that “she laughed. “Because I am beyond nervous about this whole father thing. We had a great time. Erick and I seasoned a cooked up some ribs, steaks, and chicken. While Elizabeth and Eli worked on the sides which consisted of Beans, Mac, and Greens. I would have to say it has been awhile since I had food like this. I want to say five years to be exact. It was a thanksgiving dinner. It is sad to say that was the last time I had a decent meal like this. “Let us go for a walk on the beach “Erick cheered half drunk. “Ok, one second “Elizabeth smiled. We got up and began to make our way down to the shoreline. It was nearly sunset. The sight in front of me was beautiful. It was even more beautiful because I got to watch her. “She looks ravishing “Noah spoke licking his lips. Suddenly I could feel myself growing hard, my d**k began to twitch in my jeans. I stood there continuing to watch the waves crashing on the shore. I ignored him once more pulling Lizzie in for a kiss. In this moment it was only her and me.
