I turned to Brandon still standing outside. “I guess that this is good night.”
“I guess that it is.” He leaned in a kissed me. From inside I heard Flo. “I saw that.”
“Well I guess she know now.” Brandon smiled. Yes and i think my mom knows to but i wasn't going to say anything until she did.
“Go home hot stuff before my whole family knows.” I kissed him one last time.
“Good night.”
“Good night.” And with that I closed the door to my house behind me.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
I looked at the clock getting ready to turn my clock off but it was only midnight.
I looked for my phone to see that I had a text from Gale.
“Hey I’m sorry its so late, but I never got to welcome you after the party. I didn’t know where you went. But I’m texting asking if you would like to hang out tomorrow after school. Not as a date but I would like to welcome you with a coffee or muffin. J Well anyways good night and hope to have your answer when you show up tomorrow were we meant.” –Gale
I smiled. And then turned over and went right back to sleep.
I woke up with I heard my clock going off. I hit the off bottom and went to take a shower. I was going to look good today.
“Ari when you’re done come down here okay?” I forgot that my mom and dad were home.
“Yes.” I yelled over the shower water.
I got out and put jeans and a beautiful blouse on. It hung low and then tight around my waste. I grabbed dress shoes from the back on my closest. I grabbed bracelet from Kaylee that bought me for my birthday. I looked at myself in the mirror and like what I saw. I then walked into my bathroom and didn’t my makeup and hair. I went with the same way I had my hair last night. I walked back to the mirror on my wall and really liked what I saw.
“Ari?” My mother called out to me.
“Yes, I’m coming right now.”
Once I was at the end of the stairs I saw that mom, dad, and the whole band was there by the door.
“What’s going on?” I asked.
“Well!” My father was a letting to happy.
“We!” So was my mom.
“Got.” John wasn’t as bad.
“You.” Matt was the next.
“A.” Flo said.
“Car.” The band finished off.
I ran it through my head. They got me a car. But why?
“You guys got me a car?” I asked.
“Yes we did. Your other car was just going to be trouble.” Dad said.
“Well what is it then?” I was getting really happy. I was going to be driving to school in a new car. And if it wasn’t new it was new to me.
Dad handed me to keys and pushed me out the door. What sat in to drive way was jeep of all jeeps. A white one with black windows. I turned back to my dad with a huge smile on my face. I can’t count how many time I tried to get him to buy me one. I ran at him and hopped in his arms. He wasn’t that old and I didn’t weight that much so he was able to hold me once I hit.
“Thank you daddy. Thank you so much. I love you.” I hug everyone that was there.
We talked for a little longer until dad informed me that it was time to leave. I said my goodbyes and hopped into my new car. Before I left, I texted Kaylee asking if she need a ride. After five minutes she didn’t text back so I headed off to school. Once there I didn’t know what to do. I was early. Way early. I walked over to the coffee shop and got a Soul Surfer I walked back over and in the school. I was on the Third floor when I saw two people. Kissing. I was getting ready to go in the opposite way when I saw Michelle and wait. Cody!
What the hell. He was with Kaylee. Oh he was going to get it. But first she was. Ten minutes past by and I was done with my coffee and had a plan for Michelle. But that was going to have to wait tell Lunch.
The day was fast before I knew it, it was lunch time. And the game was about to begin.
I sat at a time with Kaylee, Cody acting as if nothing happened. Gale and a few other kids.
“Hey, Ari why are you playing with your milk?” Kaylee asked out of the blue. I looked over to Michelle
“Oh, nothing.” I wrapped it open to where all four sides were open. I then smiled at Kaylee.
“I’ll be right back.” I grabbed my tray of food and milk and went to dump it. As I got close to Michelle I slowly grabbed the milk and right as I was behind her I poured the milk right on to her head. She jumped out of her site. She turned to face me. Milk was running down her face onto her clothes. It was so hard for me not to laugh. She didn’t look pretty. She looked pissed. And she was.
“What the hell was that for you-“ I cut her off.
“This morning I saw now watch out what you say next; or everyone is going to know what that was in the next ten minutes.”
And with that I knew I won.
