?? EPISODE ONE?? "Father.....we need to talk" Crown prince Jun Jie said barging into courtroom which startled both the ministers and the king. "And what is it that can't wait till I am done with the Court meeting?" King Chang asked angrily. "There is no need for this meeting if it doesn't have to deal with the crises that is going on in the country!" Jun Jie fired at the King who glared at him. "Get out" King Chang said in a firm but calm tone and Jun Jie furrowed his eyebrows. "Fa....." "Out now!!! and you are banned from coming to meet me till three days time, anything you have to tell me. Tell it to my Chief Advisor". King Chang said cutting him short. Jun Jie gave a slight bow before walking out of the courtroom with visible anger. "Crown prince Jun, how did it go?" Chen, the crown prince's bodyguard asked curiously and the prince stopped abruptly. "He banned me from coming to see him for three days" "What?!" "He doesn't seem to care about the people in the country. He and his stupid chiefs care about only themselves!" Jun jie cried out. "What do you intend to do now crown prince Jun?" "I don't know, can't your empty brain also think of something.....hmph" Jun Jie said before walking faster than before. "Hmm..... I will surely think of something" Chen said while scratching his head and then his eyes widened when he saw that the crown prince had walked so far. "Ha.......wait for me Crown prince!" Am sure the crown prince wouldn't be able to take his eyes off you" one of the maids of the princess said and she let out a blush. "I will be going now" With that, she left the room and the two maids fell on the bed tiredly. "Argh...I hate her so much and I wish the crown prince never looks at her". One of the maids said. "I just wish I can stop working for her, just that I have my parents and siblings to feed" the second maid said sadly. "We are very unlucky to have a witch as our mistress!" The two maids cried out and immediately they heard the door pull open, they stood up from the bed and watched the princess walk into the room and then sat on the bed dejectedly. "What happened.....your highness?" The maids asked curiously and the princess burst into tears. "He told me to go that he has a lot to do!" The princess cried out like a baby and the maids exchanged happy smiles. ********** The crown prince rode into the village together with six guards. As usual, the spirits were attacking the villagers again. A lot of dead bodies were seen lying on the ground. This incident usually happened on every 13th day of the eight month of every year since 10 years ago and lasted for usually a week before it stopped but this time around, it had gotten to the 10th month but was still yet to stop. The spirits could not even be seen, they moved very fast like smoke. While some of the villagers hurried to safety, some just laid there helplessly while some tried to fight it with fire. The crown prince jumped down from his horse and then grabbed his sword and walked closer to the people. A spirit flew past him and as he slashed, it became dark roses and fell on the floor. He became surprised, as he bent down, and as he was about to pick it, another spirit flew past him, engulfing him and he dropped on the floor turning pale white. ~????? ??????~ ????? ????????? The prince who had already turned pale white, but was still breathing was seen on the bed covered with a blanket and a towel was on his head. The Queen and her daughter, Princess Ha Ra rushed inside immediately and she covered her mouth with shock when she saw the way her son was looking. "Is my brother going to be okay?" The little princess softly asked the Royal Physician and he nodded. "Ha Ra, can you step out for a minute, mother has something to discuss" the Queen said to the little princess who nodded and bowed before leaving the room. "Be sincere with me physician, how is my son?" "Queen, his health keeps on deteriorating every single hour and I am afraid he may not be able to survive up to one week before he gives up the ghost" the Royal Physician said worriedly and the Queen gasped and tears filled her eyes immediately. "Is there anything else we can do to keep him alive?" The Queen asked hopefully and the Royal Physician nodded. "And what is it?" The king asked while entering into the room and the two people bowed immediately. "Your majesty" "Go on Physician, am all ears" the king said and the Royal Physician swallowed nothing. "There is a flower that is said to cure things like this, I mean what is happening to the crown prince." The Royal Physician revealed nervously. "What is its name?" The Queen asked curiously. "White roses.... It is known to cure all ailment and sickness when mixed with Magic" the Royal Physician replied and the King's eyes grew wide immediately. "Nonsense.... You and I know that we do not accept sorcery in this country. Magic is totally unacceptable!!" The king fired at the Royal Physician who had already began trembling. "With what I can remember, the king murdered all the magicians and sorcerers 10 years ago and I don't think we still have anyone left" the Queen said to the Royal Physician totally ignoring the King's earlier outburst. "Well, there is one person left". The Royal Physician said to the Queen while making sure to avoid the King's eyes. "Who?" The Queen asked hopefully. "A girl who was locked in the deepest part of the dungeon because of her strange powers and because she was accused of killing a royal maid" the Royal Physician explained to the surprised Queen. "And when did this all happen?" The Queen asked. "When you were heavily pregnant for princess Ha Ra" "Really? So do we have anyway of summoning her?" The Queen asked "I have no idea if she is still alive, because for 10 years she was ordered not to be given food or water by his Majesty" the Royal Physician said and the Queen glared at the King. "If the girl which is our only hope is figured out to be dead, then am going on exile" the Queen threatened the king before walking past him. "And how did you know all these?" The king asked without looking at the Royal Physician. "The girl is my only child..... But I was the one who gave her the medicine which made her weak enough to be captured and I do not know if she is dead already" the Royal Physician replied the King who was quite astonished to hear the news. "Guards!!" The king called and the two guards outside came into the room immediately. "Inform the General that tomorrow, we head to the deepest part of the dungeon to seek Zi Xuan" the king said and there was a strange bolt of thunder immediately he called her name which made both the Royal Physician and the King very shocked.
