Never Thought

"GET THE f**k OUT'' my mama yelled before slamming the door is my face. she's drunk again which means I'm not allowed in the house. I started walking to my bestfriend Hakeem's house. I knocked three times before his mom opened the door. ''hello Hennessy'' she said smiling. ''he's in his room'' she added while I walked up the stairs. ''Keem where yo big headed ass at?'' I asked before opening his bedroom door. ''big headed? never that'' he said laughin. ''my mama got drunk again so here I am'' I said slightly smilin. ''awe Henny, its okay'' he said pulling me into a hug. ''I know I just have to wait for the call'' I said. ''the call?" he asked. ''yeah every time she kicks me out about an 30 minutes to an hour later she calls me apologizing and begging me to come back'' I said putting my phone down. he just nods. we talked and laughed for about an hour when my mom called and I had to leave. ''Ill see you at school bye Keem'' I said kissing his cheek. ''bye Henny'' he said as I walked out the front door. as soon as I got home I walked to my moms room to see that she had passed out. I walked into my room and texted Kylie, my older sister, she left for college last week.  Hennessy: Hey Kylie Kylie: Hi Henny Hennessy: So I just left Hakeems Kylie: ouuuuuu are yall datinggg? Hennessy: no Kylie: why not? Hennessy: one he is still dating Kimberly, two he doesn't know I have feelings for him and three he doesn't like me like that.  Kylie: ya never know Hennessy: but I do tho Kylie: whatever I have to do homework by Hennessy Hennessy: bye Kylie Of course I liked Hakeem I mean the whole school likes Hakeem but he chose me to be his best friend, but nothing more than that. I laid down in my bed and drifted off into a deep sleep.  A/N: this chapter is short but the next ones will be long.
