Matt can't help himself but stare at Gally's face while she's still unconscious. "Katty! Did you call the Doctor?"

"Yeah, she's on her way here. I'll go downstairs, look after her, Okay."

The door closed.

Matt touches Gally's face. "You're still so beautiful."

Gally slowly opened her eyes.

"Hey, how are you feeling?"

"I guess I'm fine now, thanks for not letting me fall to the ground, I was just really dizzy."

"Don't worry the Doctor is on her way here to check you."

"What time is it now, Matt?"

"It's 3:30 pm now."

"Oh no! I need to go and get my kids."

"But the Doctor still needs to check on you, don't worry, Kat already called your husband, he'll fetch your kids from school, and I'll bring you home later."

"Is he coming here?"

"Nope, Kat told him about what happened here and also told him that he doesn't need to worry 'coz we'll take care of you and will just bring you home when you're good enough to walk."

"Thank you so much, Matt."

"My pleasure."

Kat enters the room. "The doctor's here."

"Come in, doctor. I'll just go outside." Matt exits the room. He couldn’t help himself but worry. He walks back and forth.

The doctor went out of the room.

"How is she, Doctor?" Matt asked.

"She's fine now, but she still needs to go to the hospital to run some tests, 'coz this is not the first time she experienced this.”

"Oh? I thought it was because of too much alcohol. Anyway, thanks, Doctor."

" Sure, anytime. I'll go ahead now."

Matt went back to the room.

"So, feeling good now?"

"Yes, Sir." Grins.

"hahaha, silly. You and Kat are indeed friends! Anyway, she went outside to buy some food."

"I think I should go now."

She tried to get up, but she didn't succeed. So instead, she fell on the bed with her legs lying on the floor.

Matt immediately holds her arms and slowly lifts her to safely lay in bed when she felt her world is revolving again than usual. Gally closed her eyes and held her head, causing her to fall again, but now in Matt’s arms. She tried to move even though her eyes were closed. Matt guided her through the bed, and before Gally knew it, Matt lifted her and placed her in bed but accidentally being unbalanced and now on top of her. Gally can smell him, and it sends something to her senses that she can’t recognize. 

“Hmmm, I’m sorry, Gally. These past few days I’m really having trouble balancing,” then laughed.

“Oh, yeah? Seems like you are just making fun of me.” About to stand again, but Matt was quick to stop her. 

"Hey, be careful. Don't force yourself."

Came closer to Gally.

"It's okay. Don't rush yourself, I'll bring you home, I promise."

“But I need to go home now."

"Don't be so stubborn, Lady."

Kat enters the room. "Yes! stop being stubborn!"

"Fine.. fine! You two win!"

"Good girl."

"Eat now, Girl." At the same time, holding a food bag, Kat put all the food on the table.

"But I don't feel like eating."

"Baby girl, please, you have to eat."

Gally was shocked by what Matt just called her because she remembered someone.

Kat rolled her eyes while looking at her cousin.

"Why? I called you baby girl, 'coz you're like a baby now." Matt was feeling quite sweaty already.

"Okay, okay, let's eat then." Gally replies.

Kat prepares the food for them.

Woo! I almost died! Matt thought about it.

"So what time can I go home?"

"As soon as you can walk." *winks*

"Oh! by the way before I forgot, I have to leave by 7 pm, I just need to meet someone." Kat cut the conversation.

"So you have a boyfriend now?" Matt asked his cousin.

 "Yeah, tell us." Gally second the motion. 

"Hahaha! Of course not! You two mind your own business, will you?"

Matt shrugged his shoulders.

Gally smiles through her ears.

And then there's silence.

6:30 PM (kitchen)

"Matt, I'll leave Gally to you, Okay?"

"No problem with that."

"You behave, okay? Remember, she's my best friend."

"hahaha! Are you crazy?! What do you think of me?"

"Well, you want to know my answer?"

"Nah, never mind, hahaha."

Kat is smirking all along.

7:15 PM (room.)

Matt enters the door. "Hi, Miss, Kat just left."

"hahaha! yeah I know, she texted me before leaving."

"hmmm"

"Wanna know what she said to me?"

"No, thanks, not interested. While laughing."

Gally removed the blanket from her body and was about to stand when she realized that she's wearing a dress, and her dress folds above her knees, just a few inches before her undies say hello. "Oh, my!"

Matt saw Gally's legs; it was flawlessly beautiful. "Oops! sorry!"

Gally immediately grabbed her dress down to her knees. "No, it's okay, my fault."

Matt gulps a few times. "You okay?"

While Gally blushes. "Yeah, I'm fine, it was just my legs."

"Just your legs? Then can I see those legs again?" With puppy eyes.

"hahaha! crazy!"

And they both laughed.

9 PM

Gally opened her eyes and was about to get her phone when her body suddenly shivered because of the very cold temperature. "Ugh! I couldn't breathe, my legs are cramping."

Matt checked the time and wondered how Gally was doing. Hmm, let me check her upstairs.

"Gally? Are you awake?"

Gally can hear Matt calling her name outside the door, but she can't move and talk because her body is extremely shaking.

Maybe she's sleeping already, but I still need to check if she's feeling fine now. Matt enters the room. "Gally? you okay baby girl?"

Gally moved her arm to tell Matt that she's awake.

"You okay? sleepy? need something?" walked in Gally's direction.

Gally whispered, "I am cold, Matt."

Matt arranged the blanket so it would fit Gally's whole body. "Oh, you're still shaking." Looked for another blanket, but there's none.

"Please turn off the ac."

"Yeah, I already did, but you're still cold '' He Put his hand on Gallys’ forehead to feel if she has a fever.

"Hey! you're burning, I'll call a doctor."

Gally grabbed Matt's hand and said, "No, please I'll be fine, just hold my hand."

"You sure?"

"Yes, Matt, Thank you, don't leave."

"I won't, I'll stay with you till you feel fine."

Gally is still shaking.

Matt, without asking for permission he hugged Gally tight. "Shhh, don't resist, I'll give you warm."

Gally just let Matt hug her tight, she could feel his warm body, his muscles, and she could smell his fragrance, which is very familiar to her. But, oh my! You’re sick and not flirting with him! What are you thinking, Gally?

Matt smells Gally's hair while caressing it; oh, dude! Stop what you're doing! You’re comforting her.

"I. I. I think I'm okay now, Matt." Slightly pushes Matt away from her, but Matt refuses.

Matt pulled Gally's body nearer to his chest, and he could hear Gally breathed.

"Matt, I'm okay."

Dude, what's happening? Why don't you release Gally in your arms? "Shhh, baby it's okay, let's just stay like this for a while."

Laughed with a little sound. "Stop calling me baby, okay."

"If you will not stop, I'll kiss you."

"What?! punched Matt's arm."

"hahaha! what?! that's what I wanted to do, a long time ago."

Gally was puzzled. "What do you mean?"

"Nothing baby, don't mind it" Kiss Gally's forehead.

"Why can't I refuse? What's wrong with me?" Gally asked herself.

Matt continues to caress Gally's face with the back of his hand. "You okay now?"

"I am, so will you please let me go?"

"No, I won't,” laughed.

"You're confusing me, please let me go, or I'll kiss you."

Matt laughed, "hahaha, sure!"

WTH?! "I'll punch you", that was what's on Gally’s mind.

Matt was pouting his lip already.

"Haha, stop, Matt, okay?"

"Okay, okay." Then they smiled. Matt gives Gally a very quick kiss on her lips.

Gally was shocked, couldn't talk.

Matt has all smiled on his face. "You, okay, baby girl?” while still holding Gally's hand.

Gally removed her hands and covered her face. “Why did you do it, huh?”

"I'm sorry I can't help it."

"You know that I'm a married woman, I shouldn't be doing things like this."

"I know, I know, I'm sorry."

Gally's tears rolled down her face without knowing the reason why.

"Oh, baby, why are you crying? I'm so sorry."

"I don't know, I'm just shocked, confused, and I don't know what to feel."

Matt hugged Gally so dearly. "Please be mine again."

"Matt, please stop. Don't play with me."

"I am not playing with you, I'm serious, I should've not left you before, be mine again."

"What are you talking about? I'm married, and my life is a mess, so please stop."

"I know, baby. I know everything that was happening to you, from the time that you got married, had children, and now, your problem with your husband."

"Wait, what are you saying? we've just met a few hours ago, then what now? you're saying that you know what's happening to me? like wth?"

Doorbell rings.

Matt winks at Gally. "Need to open it."

Gally was still confused, "Okay."

Matt opened the door.

Kat enters the house, "How's Gally?"

"Why didn't you bring your keys?" With Matt's annoyed face.

"hahaha! What's wrong? I have it here, just wanna use the doorbell since I know that you will open the door for me."

"You should've just opened it for yourself, I had the chance to tell everything to her, but you ruined the moment."

"Oh, my! don't tell me that you're referring to Gally?"

Matt sighs. "I can't help it."

"Silly! she's not feeling fine now, that can wait!"

"I've waited for this for so long, to hold her hands, hug her, and kiss her."

"What?! You did that?!!"

Matt replies, "hmm, yeah." In a very casual voice.

"No way! you're out of your mind, Matt!"

"Then what do you want me to do? you ruin it!" Pinched Kat's ears.

"Ouch! let go of my ear!"

"Check Gally if she's okay, I need a drink."

"Tsk tsk! That's what you wanted, right? then suffer the pain."

"Shhh! go away!"

Someone's knocking on the door.

"Gally, you okay now?"

"Yeah I think I'm fine now. Can I go home already?"

"Not now, dear, it's almost midnight, you better rest and sleep then first thing in the morning we'll drive you home."

"Kat?"

"Yes?"

"Aah, hmmm."

"Ahh, hmmm, what?"

"I just wanna ask something."

Oh, here we go. Matthew, grrrr! "Sure what is it?"

"Hmmm, never mind, forget it."

"You sure?"

"I'm just wondering about Matt."

"What about my cousin?"

"Hmm, did I already meet him before?"

"Hmm, I guess not." Eyes were looking everywhere.

"Look at me."

"I guess you two should talk."

"So you know something, huh."

"Maybe?"

"Hey, I'm not in a mood, Katarina!"

"Ewww, sorry, ma'am!"

"hahaha, you're crazy!

And they both laughed.

4 am. Gally is already up and feeling thirsty.

Gally walked down the stairs when she heard someone murmurs.

Matt was on the phone. "I told you not to call me."

Gally smells alcohol. "So he's still drinking at this hour?"

Matt accidentally tapped the loudspeaker button on his phone.

Girl on the phone "Matty, darling meet me tonight, I just wanna see you."

"Stop calling me, I can't meet you, and even if I could I wouldn't."

Girl on the phone. "You know me, Kyle Matthew Rio, I don't easily give up!" Line-cut.

Gally whispered. "Kyle Matthew Rio?” did I hear it, right?

Matt drinks the last shot. "Oh it's almost 5 am, and I'm still not sleepy at all."

Gally walks in. "KYLE?"

Matt was surprised to see Gally.

"Is that you, Kyle?"

Matt was a bit drunk. "Oh, you heard me talking on the phone, I can explain, Gally.”

"Answer me, are you the same Kyle that I know?" 

Matt acted to come closer to Gally when Gally said, “No! You stay right where you are and answer my goddamn question!” 

"Okay, okay. Yeah, it's me, Kyle, from 8yrs ago.”
