Shay's Point of View
It takes us a while to convince the boys to leave the park when it is lunchtime. But eventually, we convince them by promising that they could play at the park again later today, and soon we are on our way to the packhouse for lunch. About halfway there, Amy is mind linked, and we all stop walking, waiting for her to finish speaking to whomever it was that linked her.
"Jason! Zayde! Please stop running and come here. We will go again in a second, okay?"
I call out to them, and both boys stop running, coming back to where we were standing as we wait for Amy to finish the mind link. It doesn't take too long before her eyes clear, and she looks at Addelyn and Caroline.
"That was Ryan. He, Adrian and Stephan are back. They'll meet us at the packhouse for lunch."
