Shay's Point of View
We all stare at Jackson in shock.
"Did you say Vampires? But.. That can't be. Are sure? Maybe it was something else."
Jake asks, looking slightly flabbergasted and Jackson frowns at him.
"Of course I am sure, boy, don't question me. I'd know that smell anywhere. This was Vampires."
"But that doesn't make any sense. Weren't they all killed during the war?"
Ryan asks with a frown and Jackson shrugs.
"I thought so. They were supposed to be, but clearly they weren't all killed."
"But if they have been alive all this time, why would they only show themselves now? After all these years? What has changed?"
Adrian asks, sounding just as taken aback as Jake.
