Kylie’s POV
Kicking my foot against the wooden leg of the armchair, I try to stay focused on Alec and Jason’s conversation.
But it’s hard. So hard.
They seem to be going in the same circular argument over and over.
They, well Jason, suggests using me to bring them to Alpha Damion by meeting him tonight. Then Alec says that it isn’t safe and what if they are expecting her, me, not to come alone and have his pack outnumbered or a trap set up. Then they discuss asking other packs for help, which quickly gets shut down, I get the feeling that Alec does not like to ask for help. Especially when it comes to his father.
Or maybe he doesn’t think other packs will be willing to help.
Anyway, that is where the conversation starts all over again.
