Ritual Of Witch? The word heavied air in the dinning table. Lisa glanced up at Cyrus out of curiosity. Cyrus had a complicated emotions hanging on his face. He extended his one palm to pick up the blood glass from dinning table and devoured them at once. Lisa snickered her gaze at his way of drinking blood. She almost felt like puking. Running his thumb across his lips, Cyrus responded with confidence, " There won't be performing any rituals, your highness! I will make sure of it." The king smiled devilishly at his response and snorted with proud and arrogancy, " Stay alert, Cyrus! Witchs are easy to shift in different disguises. Don't fall in their traps." Cyrus replied giving off a sinister laugh, " Even if they come near around me, I will sense them, Your Highness." The rest of breakfast went well without anymore taunting words from them. Cyrus left her to the maids and went outside to settle his royal affairs.Lisa was left alone in the room. Without Cyrus's permission, she wasn't allowed to step out. Thus her day passed away thinking about her mother and sister. In this thought, she felt asleep on the bed curling up like a ball and didn't get up untill the clock of midnight buzzed annoymously. Lisa jerked off from her sleep and sat up to look at the clock. It was nearly midnight and Cyrus hadn't appeared in her room. Glad that he didn't ask for her blood today, she tiptoed on the open window and looked down. Nelson's castle had definitely one mesmerizing view one had ever seen. A round artificial pool had circled the castle and over the barrier, there were only jungle trees and mountains. A half moon was smiling at her from the top of mountain. Something came across her mind when she saw the water down there. So it meant that she wouldn't get hurt if she jumps down? Lisa smiled at this thought hopefully and tilted her head aside to look at the door. The door was locked from outside. Since Cyrus didn't come till now, he wouldn't come back anymore. Lisa observed the calm lake one more time and made an impulsive decision. She knotted her hairs into a bun first and lifted up the semi long gown with caution. Her feet almost missed balance at the lack of confidence. Thinking about the freedom out there of this castle, she inhaled deep breath of encouragement and was ready to jump down. Right at that moment, her ankle bracelet mistakenly slipped out from her leg and fell into the water. As soon as the ornament fell in and created an annoymous noise against the thick water, the lake's water caused a great string of wave. Lisa narrowed her eyes looking down at the water lake confusingly. Less than a moment, a bunch of crocodiles popped their heads out of the water along with an animalistic groan. They were nothing more like a normal crocodiles. Their eyes unleashed radiant which indicated that they were Vampires too. Lisa almost gasped in terror and wanted to go back inside the room. Out of hurry, she turned around to go back but her feet missed the balance. She screamed before falling down and instinctively streched out her arms to grab something. Lucky, her window had edge and she managed to hold a tight grip. Her whole body was quivering as she tilted her head down to look at the crocodiles there. Her face flashed in terror when their hungry mouth came in her sight. Hanging down from the edge of window, she felt like her death was knocking on the door. Furthermore she couldn't ask to seek help from anyone. If they figured out that she was trying to escape, Cyrus would get mad on her. She was stuck between her own decisions! Footsteps started to approach the window without being notified by her. She was still panicking to figure out what how to get rid of this danger! A playful voice came from her top frizzing her all blood vessels, " Seems like my pet is eager to leave me." A loud thunderstroke striked inside her mind as she shot her head up to see the owner of that voice. Her body froze in midair when she saw the most unexpected person, Cyrus. Cyrus stared down at her playfully and continued chewing something inside his mouth. His lips had a cringy smirk that was looking not less than a devil. Lisa swallowed hard and let out a pleading cry, " Your Highness! " Cyrus hummed running his eyes across the crocodiles amusingly. His voice came out with sarcasm, " What pet?" He was acting like nothing had happened. But in reality, he was aware of her fully escaped plan. Honestly he had no plan of visiting his little mischievous pet tonight. Things had become messy after the last attack from Witch side. He was still having a tough times handling the chaos across Thornlake. Thinking about having spare time with his own self, he was marching through the jungle but then how naively his pet was trying to use this monstrous lake to escape away. Lisa groaned in annoyance inwardly. Now she wished that she would have been perhaps eaten by those crocodiles rather than being discovered by Cyrus. But she had to swallow her pride down for the sake of her dear life. Sniffing her nose helplessly, she spelled those words with a pleading look, " Help me, please! " Cyrus leant against the window side and studied her pathetic state with amusement. Hearing her such pleading voice, Cyrus reasoned in a teasing smile, " Why should I help such a disobedient pet like you?" Lisa's soul almost slipped out from her body when a crocodile snarled from the lake. Her lips trembled before pursuing together helplessly, " I..I was wrong.. Please bring me up.." Cyrus didn't compell her wish immediately. Instead he gladly enjoyed her each expression and replied looking down at his own fingernails leisurely, " What did I say you earlier, pet?" His previous warning rang in her eardrums subconsciously. She gulped not having the guts of facing his eyes anymore. When she didn't give him any response, the Vampire duke emphasized domineeringly, " Speak! " Lisa's body shook lightly and grip started aching for hanging so long. Under his scornful eyes, Lisa started to mutter in fear, " I..I..I am your..pet..for.. eternity..." Cyrus's face slightly convinced by her words. He quiered leaning against the window again, " Then why did you dare to deny my order?" Lisa replied with a thumping heart, " I..I was expecting to meet my mother.." Cyrus noticed the little aching sight of her expression. He didn't continue his slow torture anymore and offered her his slender arms. When Lisa thought that she was being lifted up finally, she found herself again in the midair. The only difference was that Cyrus was holding her two hands. She cried out in fear and shouted at the narcissistic vampire, " What the hell are you doing? " Cyrus smirked before giving his words, " I want words of promise from you. Do you think that it's easy to pass me, little pet?" Lisa watched his smirk in terror. She had the urge of kicking his ass off but unfortunately her life was depending on his firm grip. Cyrus resumed in a domineering voice, " Say that you are my pet for today, tomorrow and forever." Lisa howled out in fear when another hungry snarl from crocodiles echoed in her ears. She begged for mercy without giving her words, " Let me get down first." Cyrus cut off her words ruthlessly, " I am not a gentle man, pet. Come, give me your sweet vows." Lisa glared at the man harshly and gritted her teeth together. Watching no sign of sympathy on his face, she could only obey in a helpless voice, " I..I..I am your pet today, tomorrow and.. forever.." Cyrus smiled with contentment. In a blink of eye, he pulled the woman up and pressed her against his body. Lisa gasped in astonishment but soon discovered his hands on her waist. His grip was harsh but carried a different kind of sensuality that she never felt before. Her heartbeat escaladed when she looked deep through his lavatic eyes. Cyrus gave her a lupsided grin before whispering cautiously, " Is your heart racing because of our proximity, pet?" Lisa gave him a numb shook of denial. Cyrus looked deeply at her parted lips. Hearing her heart beating faster, he whispered leaning beside her ears, " How about I check it on myself?" Lisa glanced at him blankly not getting the proper idea of his true intention. Cyrus offered her another smirk before his hand reached up to touch her collarbone. Goosebumps creepted through her skin when his cold fingertips made contact against her flawless skin. His hand rested for a few seconds before making their way inside her clothes inviting more shivers down in her spine.
