24 AARON I woke Monday morning feeling like I’d been run over by a train. For the first time ever, zero desire to head to the gym pulled me from bed as 4:45 a.m. shone red on my clock in the darkness. Staring at the ceiling, I contemplated the day ahead of me. Work out hard as f**k for an hour. Clock in and man the desk at the gym for the next three hours. Come back home at nine-fifteen and get Dad ready for a day of sitting around the house. Maybe sneak out for a fast run while Dad napped in front of the TV.
