Scene 1: A New Beginning in DarjeelingBablu had always felt a deep sense of loss after his mother's death in a car accident in USA when he was just five years old. His father's remarriage left Bablu feeling even more displaced. His grandmother, sensing the boy's loneliness, decided to take him to her hometown of Darjeeling. The transition from the bustling life in the USA to the serene hills of Darjeeling was challenging for Bablu, but his grandmother hoped the change would help him heal.Scene 2: St. Joseph School, DarjeelingBablu felt a mix of anxiety and curiosity as he walked through the gates of St. Joseph School for the first time. He clutched his grandmother's hand tightly, trying to find comfort in the familiar warmth.Grandmother: (smiling) "Bablu, this is your new school. You'll make lots of friends here."Bablu nodded, his eyes wide with apprehension. As they walked towards his classroom, a girl with a bright smile approached them.Monica: (cheerfully) "Hi! Are you new here?"Grandmother: (smiling) "Yes, this is Bablu. He just moved here from the USA."Monica: (extending her hand) "Hi, Bablu! I'm Monica. Welcome to St. Joseph!"Bablu hesitated for a moment before shaking her hand. Her friendly demeanor put him at ease.Grandmother: (whispering to Bablu) "See, you've already made a friend."Scene 3: Growing Up TogetherAs the years passed, Bablu and Monica became inseparable. They played together, studied together, and explored the beautiful town of Darjeeling on their bicycles. Monica's father owned a bakery, and Bablu often spent afternoons there, enjoying fresh pastries and Monica's company.Monica's Father's BakeryMonica: (handing Bablu a pastry) "Here, try this! My dad just made it fresh this morning."Bablu: (smiling) "Thanks, Monica. Your dad's pastries are the best."Monica laughed, and they both sat down to eat. Bablu felt a warmth in his heart whenever he was around Monica. She had become his best friend, his confidante, and his protector.Scene 4: Unspoken FeelingsBy the time they reached Class 12, Bablu realized his feelings for Monica had deepened. He loved her, but his shy nature kept him from expressing his emotions. Monica, on the other hand, always treated him with kindness and care, never realizing the depth of his feelings.St. Joseph School, Class 12Bablu often found himself lost in thoughts of Monica. One day, during a break, Monica noticed Bablu staring out the window, lost in thought.Monica: (gently) "Bablu, are you okay?"Bablu: (snapping out of his thoughts) "Oh, um, yeah. I'm fine, Monica."Monica: (smiling) "You know you can talk to me about anything, right?"Bablu: (nervously) "Yeah, I know. Thanks, Monica."Monica's smile always reassured him, but he couldn't find the courage to tell her how he truly felt.Scene 5: College and New BeginningsAfter graduating from high school, Bablu and Monica enrolled in the same college. Their friendship continued to blossom, and Monica often reassured Bablu, telling him he had a golden heart. To be continued College CampusA new boy named Sagar entered their lives. Sagar was everything Bablu was not—rich, confident, and popular. Despite this, Sagar was kind-hearted and quickly formed a friendship with both Bablu and Monica.Sagar: (smiling) "Hey, Bablu! Monica! Let's grab some coffee after class."Monica: (excitedly) "Sounds great!"Bablu nodded, trying to hide his discomfort. He couldn't help but notice the growing closeness between Monica and Sagar. His heart ached when he saw them together, but he remained silent, fearing he might lose Monica's friendship if he spoke up.Scene 6: The Party and the PromiseOne night, at a college party, Bablu saw Sagar and Monica dancing together. The sight filled him with jealousy and depression. In a moment of frustration, Bablu attempted to smoke, hoping it would numb his pain. He ended up coughing and drawing laughter from his classmates.Monica: (scolding) "Bablu! Why are you smoking? Did you want to become cool like your batchmates?"Bablu: (ashamed) "I... I don't know. I'm sorry, Monica."Monica: (softening) "Bablu, you're different. Not like others. You're special. Promise me you'll never smoke again."Bablu: (nodding) "I promise."Monica's words reassured Bablu, and he clung to the hope that she had feelings for him too.

An Unspoken Tale Of Love And Sacrifice (Part 2)
Scene 7: Tragedy Strikes Just as Bablu started to feel hopeful, tragedy struck again. His beloved grandmother passed away, leaving him feeling utterly alone. His father came to take him back to the USA, but Bablu refused to go. Bablu: (determined) "I won't go with you. You never visited me in the last 15 years. This is my home now." Father: (sighing) "Bablu, I understand. But you need to think about your future." Monica: (supportively) "Bablu, we're here for you. We'll get through this together." Sagar and Monica gave Bablu the strength he needed to stay in Darjeeling. He decided to focus on his studies and make a life for himself in the town he had come to love. Scene 8: Unfulfilled Love Three years passed, and college was coming to an end. Bablu decided it was time to confess his love to Monica. He called her and they agreed to meet. Darjeeling, Overlooking the Hills Bablu: (nervously) "Monica, there's something I need to tell you." Monica: (smiling) "Me too, Bablu. But you go first." Bablu: (taking a deep breath) "No, you go first. Ladies first." Monica: (excitedly) "Sagar proposed to me, and I accepted! Our parents have also agreed, and we'll get married after college." Bablu's heart shattered at her words, but he managed to smile. Bablu: (forcing a smile) "Congratulations, Monica. I'm happy for you." Bablu understood that Monica never loved him the way he loved her. She saw him as her best friend and nothing more. Scene 9: The Accident After graduating, Bablu distanced himself from Monica and Sagar. One day, while Sagar and Monica were out for a drive, a tragic accident occurred. Sagar mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, causing a severe crash. Bablu rushed to the hospital, his heart pounding. He learned that Sagar was fine, but Monica had lost her eyesight. Doctor: (gravely) "I'm sorry, we cannot do anything" Monica's world has been destroyed completely. Sagar was consumed with guilt, as because of his mistake Monica became blind and also now his parents urged him to forget Monica and move on. Sagar's Mother: (sternly) "You cannot marry a blind girl. Think about your future." Sagar: (defiantly) "I will marry Monica, no matter what." Scene 10: A Sacrifice of Love Bablu stayed by Monica's side, helping her with every task. He couldn't bear to see her suffer. Sagar tried to arrange treatment for Monica abroad, but his parents were against it. Sagar's Mother: (coldly) "If you marry Monica, you'll see my dead body." Sagar was torn between his love for Monica and his loyalty to his parents. Bablu, seeing Sagar's struggle, knew he had to make a difficult decision. Bablu turned restlessly, the moonlight filtering through the window casting a soft glow on his face. He clenched his fists, his thoughts dark and desperate. Bablu: (thinking to himself) "Maybe I can tell Monica that Sagar is leaving her because she's blind. She would hate him, and then... maybe she would turn to me." His heart pounded at the thought, but an image of Monica’s kind eyes flashed before him. He sat up abruptly, shaking his head. Bablu: (scolding himself) "What are you thinking, Bablu? How can you even consider something so selfish? Monica loves Sagar, not you." He got out of bed and paced the room, tears of frustration and guilt streaming down his face. Bablu: (determined) "No, I can't do that. Monica deserves to be happy, even if it's with Sagar. I have to help her, not betray her trust. I will solve every problem she faces and make her happy, no matter what it takes." Bablu’s resolve hardened. He knew what he had to do. He would sacrifice his own happiness for Monica’s well-being. Scene 11: The Final Sacrifice Bablu decided to take the ultimate step to ensure Monica’s happiness. He contacted the hospital, inquiring about the possibility of donating his eyes. It was a decision that filled him with both fear and hope, but his love for Monica was stronger than his fear. Doctor’s Office Doctor: (surprised) "Are you sure, Bablu? This is a significant decision. You understand the consequences?" Bablu: (firmly) "Yes, I’m sure. Please, make the arrangements. Monica deserves to see the world again." Scene 12:The Gift of Sight One day, a doctor called Monica's father with news that a donor had been found for Monica. An elderly man had passed away and donated his eyes. Monica could see again after the operation. Monica's Father: (excitedly) "Monica, you will see again!" The operation was a success, but Bablu was nowhere to be found. Sagar and Monica tried to contact him, but his room was locked, and he didn't answer his phone. Sagar's Mother: (to Monica) "I am sorry Monica, I was rude to you. Please marry my son and became our daughter in law". Monica: (happily) "It's ok aunty. I will definitely marry Sagar " Scene 13: Farewell Darjeeling, Haldi Ceremony Monica missed Bablu dearly during her haldi ceremony. Suddenly, her phone rang. Monica: (answering the phone) "Bablu! Where are you? I can see now, thanks to the donor. Sagar and I are getting married soon." Bablu: (happily) "That's wonderful news, Monica. Congratulations." Monica: (pleading) "Where are you, Bablu? You have to be here for my wedding." Bablu: (sadly) "I'm going to the USA to be with my father. I have some urgent work." Monica: (desperately) "When will you come back, my friend?" Bablu: (choking up) "I won't be coming back. All the best to you and Sagar. We will never meet again." Monica was stunned into silence as Bablu ended the call. Scene 14: The Final Chapter At the airport, Bablu clutched his cane and wore dark sunglasses. As he slowly made his way towards the flight, it became clear—Bablu was the one who had donated his eyes to Monica, giving her the gift of sight at the cost of his own. Bablu: (whispering to himself) "Goodbye, Monica. May you find all the happiness in the world." As Bablu boarded the plane, the beauty of Darjeeling faded into the background, but its memory would forever remain etched in his heart.
