Seated at the dining room table and having finally loosened his tie, Norm was admiring the four-color print job as he thumbed the cardstock and ran his finger over the brochure’s sleek, semi-gloss surface. Matte finish with spot varnish – someone had spent some bucks on this. He knew, because he’d checked into printing costs when he thought about doing up a new piece for his one-man insurance agency.
