Bobbi reported for work the next day because she really didn’t know how to do anything else. She gave herself permission to skip setting the alarm and go in late-morning. Besides, they rarely had any customers first thing. On the way, she made her habitual stop at the local coffee shop and picked up a box of cheese Danish. Buzz would kill for one of those, and she was not about to give him a lecture on getting a rubber tire around his middle because he already had one and a spare.
