THREE WEEKS LATER...
For the last three weeks my life has been a complete misery. I can't even go to the bathroom without being watched. What I would do to taste the sweet taste of privacy and isolation again.
I was in the locker room grabbing my stuff at the end of my shift, when I felt someone nudge my shoulder.
"Hey Rudo, how are you?" I said when I saw Rudo standing behind me. I then turned to face him.
"Hey Mel. Uhm, can I talk to you for a sec?" He asked in a nervous tone.
"Yeah, sure. What's up?"
"Do you like coffee?"
"Yeah of course, why?"
"Well, there's this new cafe called the Coffee Bean & Pastry Cafe that just opened up down town a week ago. I want to go check it out, but I don't want to go alone. So I was wondering if you'd like to come with since you uhm like coffee?"
