CHAPTER 19
Grace concentrated on keeping her eyes open even though all they wanted to do was blink. The fans off-camera that were meant to mimic a balmy ocean breeze and make the bright orange fabric of her evening gown billow behind her, were also blowing a never ending stream of air directly into her eyeballs. She couldn’t blink or look away, because she was supposed to stare down Zac, as Ethan, in his attempt at a first kiss.
It was almost 10 o’clock at night and they were struggling to finish the scene. A few technical issues had delayed them wrapping earlier, along with Zac forgetting his lines several times. There was no way Grace was going to blink and mess up one of the few good takes they had gotten so far.
