Chapter 7

Hiromi took a deep breath before answering Hanzo. "Do you wish to have the honor of the emperor? Is that what you mean?" she asked him angrily. "Young mistress, what's for them is for them! What's for us is for us!" Hanzo replied. Hanzo realizes that the conversation with the shogun's daughter has gone too far. "Young mistress, forgive me for my words. What I said to you in that way was wrong and unforgivable. Pardon me!" Hanzo knelt in front of her with one leg. Hiromi approached Hanzo, and she knelt with one of her legs. "Don't worry, I'm not mad at you, and it's not your fault. You're right. Please forgive me for being stubborn. I decided to return to Oshiro Palace to tell the emperor that we have accepted his offer," Hanzo couldn't believe what she had said. As night fell, Yumi approached Hiromi and told her that she had prepared some food to take with her on the journey back to Oshiro Palace. Yumi said even the horse they used was ready. Yumi was about to leave, but Hiromi called her name. She asked her young mistress if she needed anything else. "I want you to come with me on the journey," Hiromi replied. Yumi had always dreamed of going to the palace, so she was pleased to be with her young mistress at Oshiro Palace. "But maybe I can't enter the palace because I don't have the right status or level for the Imperial Palace?" Yumi said sadly. Hiromi approached Yumi and said, "I'll take care of you, don't worry, I'll never leave you." Yumi thanked her because they had just met, but she said they were already at ease. Yumi told her to expect her to fulfill her duty to serve her young mistress. Hiromi smiled back at her. Hiromi remembers that the first prince will join her in her game to save the emperor from enemies. However, she changed the course of the game, so she chose Yumi. Hiromi thinks she doesn't dare to team up with the first prince to save the emperor. Because she knows that Yumi is not just a servant, she is also good at the sword field. In Hiromi's game, Yumi was once a sword warrior, but due to the death of her brother that she caused, she stopped fighting. Yumi left Hiromi standing on the beach. At that moment, she noticed the wind blowing and was surprised. The ocean waves grew louder as if they were angry with her. She thought maybe it was because she changed the pace of the game. Suddenly, there was a light coming toward her on the other side of the ocean, and it was dazzling. She sprinted, but the light chased her until it caught up. The light entered her body as if it didn't like the change in the game. Hiromi was suddenly kneeling in the sand, struggling to breathe. Hiromi is awake and nervous. She looked around and saw that she was in the room. But the flashback to her was the light that entered her body. She turned to the side and looked at her father. She asks him what happened. Her father said she was found unconscious on the beach. That worry is evident in his father's face. Her father gave her water with a glass goblet. A glass goblet is a drinking vessel with a bowl shape but no handles. When Hiromi felt okay, she got up. Her father said that he had already prepared a furo for his daughter. Furo is a Japanese bath. Specifically, it is a type of bath that originated as a short, steep-sided wooden bathtub. They typically use water heated to one hundred and ten degrees Fahrenheit or forty-three point three degrees Celsius or hotter. The bather may linger in the wooden or metal tub, and it may have properties for the therapeutic relaxation of tensions. To achieve cleanliness, the bather washes before entering the tub. When Hiromi immersed her whole body in the furo, she felt the heat. It felt pleasant, as though her worries about this world were being eased. The light that entered her body flashed back to her again. Hiromi came to her senses because she felt something different about her. Other parts of her skin turned pink. She did not know what was happening. Hiromi told herself that maybe she was just stressed by the events. Because this is not the world she is used to. Then she changed clothes. This time she is wearing a Koki-Murasaki kimono. The Kimono is a long, loose robe with wide sleeves and tied with a sash, originally worn as a formal garment in Japan and now also used elsewhere as a robe. It's a symbol of longevity and good fortune. It's a traditional Japanese garment and the national dress of Japan. Koki-Murasaki was reserved for the kimonos worn by Japan's highest-ranking individuals and denied to lower classes. Murasaki is the Japanese word for the color purple. Lord Haruto was immediately worried when he learned that her daughter was going to Oshiro Palace. He immediately told Hiromi about the matter. Lord Haruto asked Hiromi why, and she would return to the palace. Hiromi couldn't answer her father directly. She can't say that everything in this world is just fiction because this game also has a creator. Hiromi also considered what Hanzo had said about them going back to Oshiro Palace, and she believed that they had to go back because her game required it. Even if Hiromi explains it to her father, it may take thousands of years. She held her breath because she couldn't even say that she had changed course in the game because, at the same time, as the strength of the ocean waves and the light that entered her body, fate angered her. "My Lord, I have a mission to do. Trust me because I will not disappoint you. You don't understand now, but you'll understand me one day, too," Hiromi explained. "Maybe if I follow the game, I can go back to my world!" her thoughts.
