That evening, Gabriel and I drove over to the cafe. His parent's were there already, waiting on us. We went inside and sat across from his parents in a booth. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate shake. When the food came I was practically salivating. After eating a few bites, my appetite was gone.
