Once an Alpha, now a rogue

Chapter 1: The first meeting.

~ Bella’s POV. ~

I’m getting nervous as it’s only a week till my 18th birthday, I giggled to myself as I was getting ready to sleep. It was warm, even though I was laying in the middle of the forest with a small fire. “Maybe my body heat is starting to take affect seems that I’ll shift in a week” I giggled again wiggling my legs in excitement. I fluffed up my ‘pillow’ which in reality it was my backpack with my essential needs, hair brush, toothbrush, a bit of make up and bits of food along with some clothes. I sometimes sleep in motels when I have the money, I do odd jobs here and there for people in bars and café’s which helps when traveling around but nothing concrete but in all honestly I don’t mind sleeping in nature either.

I started to drift asleep with the crackles and pops from the fire until I heard a low growl come from my right and my head jerked up, standing up slowly “Who’s there?” That’s when I saw a pair of bright red eyes staring back at me. I didn’t notice I started to shake a little bit, the eyes started approaching and I smelt the horrible smell of him as I tried not to throw up, he looked offended but soon recovered and snapped his jaws at me. “What do you want from me? I am not trespassing I just need somewhere to rest” I tried saying confidently.

Suddenly he shifted and was butt naked, I looked away as he grinned my way, he had dark brown over grown hair with brown eyes, all in all he looked greasy as hell and looked like he’d been through it as well. “What a lovely young she-wolf you are… all alone out here with no one to protect you.” His voice was higher pitched that what I was expecting. I stifled my laugh and spoke confidently “I don’t need a protector, I have been on my own for a few years and have done just fine, now if you don’t mind, I will take my leave.” I tried grabbing my bag and he suddenly appeared in front of me with a sadistic grin reaching out for my face, I jolted back. “Well, I can change that, I can see you don’t bare a mark and you don’t have your wolf yet… so means you’re free for the taking, and I would take you all night long” He winked as his disgusting hand grabbed my waist pulling me in, his eyes wondered over my body. “I’m not interested and I insist you let me go now, or I won’t be responsible to what happens next” I was getting angry as he persisted, I had dealt with this kind of thing before but they normally give up after the first no, so I started emitting my alpha aura, hopefully to intimidate him, but he grinned wider and wonder appeared in his eyes. “Well, well, well, you’re of alpha blood, now that is interesting and I won’t be taking no as an answer, you will be my mate and I will mark you when you get your wolf, to be mated to an alpha, I will be un stoppable amongst the rogues and we can build our empire together!” He suddenly knocked my off my feet and pinned me to the cold floor, I was kicking my feet in a ridiculous manner, I can’t believe I forgot my training! I was so stupid for revealing my aura and now I was panicking as I started to scream at the top of my lungs.

“Shush little wolf, it won’t hurt if you don’t resist you know” He was slowly kissing my neck and licking my ear, I cringed, this wasn’t happening to me! I closed my eyes tight as I was about to kick him in his balls but suddenly, I heard a mighty howl which made the trees around us quiver and shake while branches and leaves where falling down upon us, the rogue started to look nervous as I felt him getting yanked off me in one swift move.

~ Unknown POV. ~

I was out patrolling my pack grounds, I walked straight to the edge of the territory looking up at the stars enjoying the silence of the night, when my wolf Gabriel started to stir. “What’s wrong with you all of a sudden?” he just growled back, we normally get along well but he’s been uneasy for a few days and won’t tell me why. Then the smell hit me, rogues. I shifted in mid air as I ran towards the smell, then saw a small fire and a very beautiful woman being pinned down by a greasy looking man. Something took over and I howled as loud and ferociously as I could which made him quiver in nerves, in one quick motion I yanked him off her and pinned him to the ground with my jaws around his neck “Please don’t Alpha Luka!” He peed himself while begging for his life, maybe that’s lesson enough but before I could remove my self off him Gabriel took over and snapped his neck.

“What the hell man! Wasn’t him peeing himself enough!“ I was angry I don’t like unnecessary killing. “He was touching her… I don’t want anyone touching her.” He growled and gave me back control as I shifted back into my human self, I’ll deal with him later. “Um, thank you for that, I’m Bella” Her sweet voice echoed in my ears as my heart raced faster… why?. I turned around and extended my hand “Hello, I’m Alpha Luka from the Blue Moon Pack” I smiled as she turned away and I swear I saw a small blush, I then realized I was absolutely naked.
